I have made mockups twice before now using redbubble and cafepress. Now after the research on POD suppliers shows not much choice for Canada with shopify integration, I chose printful over the others for all the right reasons. Feel like a pro making my pod store now having lived through this before then getting into printful. I find it easy to navigate and create items to put on the store and the platform is second to none. I love that it instantly integrates with my store. Beats anything out there for designer ease of use at this point but I have just gotten started. Tutorial videos helped alot. Only drawback discovered is having to put the designs in one at a time when you have more than 200 and only on one product at a time. However, it is easier to put all the tshirts into a collection, all the mugs, etc. so that part works when you need to individually edit them to a collection. All in all, it has made my shopify store look very professional with their mockup choices and that it was free to get involved with it and that I still own my own designs. Five stars.

As someone new to this platform I was concerned about it being user-friendly, but both sides of this integration made it really fun and easy!

Extremely good app. Printful works out great with Shopify for creating and pushing products and they are awesome for printing, packing and shipping your products!

I chose this app because the products were amazing and the settings were making it easy for me to add my products on my shopify store. But little did I know that by choosing Printful I would make little to no profits at all. I charge the shipping separately to my clients, but the shipping and delivery time is outrageously long, even for the expedited shipping that costs over 20$ but isn't very different from the flat rate shipping and still takes almost a month. And the worst of the worst, I added beanies and snapbacks to my shop but the extra digitization fee they added is reducing my chances of making any profit to 0% because I don't and can't charge that to my clients and it's cutting up directly on my profit, so I can't get that fee back anywhere. Also I asked several times an explanation about how is it a one time fee? Nobody to respond and explain because each time I place an order it keeps getting charged. Sometimes it's 14$, sometimes it's 9.60$, but they said it was a one time fee. I don't really understand that definition of one time fee at all. So if you intended to to make 10$ profit on a 21$ item, good luck because the digitization + shipping + taxes will bring you profits down to zero. I'm currently looking for another POD that provides caps and snapbacks. Printful is no for me. Items are too expensive, and I feel they're purposedly increasing their prices and adding extra charges because they know they're very popular. Honestly, I do not recommend this compay for anyone who wants to sell good items at good prices and make profit. You either have the choice of making business with another company, display average products in your shop and make good profit or work with Printful, display cool products in your shop and make no profit at all. Nothing difamatory or derogatory here, that's the reality of my exprience with this shop. I was really glad at the beginning but when I later saw that ordering a beanie that is already displayed at 45$ in my shop (which is already very expensive) because I was looking for a 5$ profit would total me 43.26 by ordering it in Printful to get it shipped to a client it was the last straw for me. So I'll be left with less than 2$ profit. I don't know what I can do to fix this situation. I can't sell a beanie for 50$ jus to increase my chances of making any profit at all. Outrageously high prices is the best of making no sales at all especially for beanies and snapbacks. It was good while it lasted, but this is not working for me at all.

I really enjoy using this app. I use it to supply my store with items the other company I use may not have. It was super easy to connect Printful and Shopify, and it's easy to use when adding items to my store. I love it!

I love Printful. It's literally the backbone to my dropship business. I can focus on making my designs, and use their tools come up with amazing products for my customers. I have tried other apps/fulfillment companies on shopify and none have the ease of use, quality of products, and great perks program (use for things like discounted sample orders). I tried a different method in the past, and my sales in 3 years was less than 100 orders. In the past 2 months, I've had over 250 orders. I attribute this to being able to unlock my creativity using Printful, and the speed of getting products to my store with lifelike Model Mockups. I definitely recommend this, especially if you have limited design skills. This app is amazing.

Love it! I love how it manufactures the products and sales them by itself. I would love for lower prices for my samples but, overall is amazing

I use this app to sell merch for a video game group that I have. Prints come out nice, shipping is reasonable considering the times and they have many items to print on. I would like to see Printful offer beer glasses/shot glasses and other types of drinkware.

This is the easiest, most useful app in my arsenal. Everything is taken care of and the quality of the products is immaculate.

I have been using printful for a while now and i love how easy it is to use, i quit using printify, even though it was cheaper, they did not carry as many variants as printful and Printful’s quality of the items is superb. I understand due to the pandemic, shipping has not been that great, however my client received his mugs on time. So, so far i have no complaints.

I have to say, after struggling with Wix and others, You guys have made it so easy to get up and running in no time at all. Within a day I was ready to host and sell products, leaving me free to design and create which was and still is my most favorite part...Thank You

The biggest problem I had was not all my products are POD and the sync instructions were not clear which resulted in my having to recreate a lot of products. Once it's synced, I can't really unsynced and that make my back end messy. I ended up deleting products and recreate it. Also had a problem with ordering the sample swatch color shirt in White and Black as suggested by their support. It's a Printful House design (showing all the colors and codes) and not upload by customers. But the black color swatch shirt have all the codes printed in black ink (on a black shirt) which is totally not readable and not usable. I went on support for a few days to get a new one send to us with the codes in white (on a black shirt) so we can match the color codes, and somehow it is all my fault for Printful charging me for a swatch card/shirt that is totally useless. I am NOT IMPRESSED. Printful sold a faulty product here. If you need to get a color code swatch shirt, skip the black one altogether as it is of no value. As the the integration, it works well. Very easy to set up and use. However, it cannot compensate for sometimes long and sometimes short fulfillment time. I have to answer to my customer too and that totally rely on the POD fulfiller's ability to delver as promise and deal with problem as they come up. The app is good, the support to go with it is only so so. Fulfillment time is a bit too long and prices higher than others.

I have enjoyed using Printful for over a year and I must say that I am very satisfied with their products, their printing, their shipping, their live communication and ease of use with their mockup generator. I have created numerous files and have added numerous products to my stores to which I have not had any customer complaints on their products. The quality of their products and the printing is the best in the business. The mockup generator is spot on. Printful continues to add more products to their collections and new features to their mockup generator. The crop feature is an excellent tool. I highly recommend this app for personal and for your business. They are a printing and clothing company to be reckoned with. The printing competition is growing, but Printful leads and will continue to lead as long as they keep up their great efforts and success with helping small and big businesses grow as they have been. Thank you Printful for all you do, and keep up the great work!

Easy integration and they guide you through all of the necessary steps in a very nice and easy way. I was up and running in no time.

The worst company ever. I ordered some products and they weren't delivered to my house although they said delivered. I contacted USPS and complained about it. I have a front porch camera so NOBODY came to deliver the packaged. (Package was not stolen, it wasn't not delivered here period) Prinful asked me for proof of USPS, so I had to go and ask for an email so they could send the order again. (we are talking about a $50 order) I finally got the USPS email stating all the information and forwarded to Printful. They replied saying they were not going to re-issue the items since they were marked as "delivered" on the tracking number. EVEN AFTER I FORWARDED THE EMAIL FROMOI USPS STATING THE ITEMS WERE LOST!!!! This company has a horrible customer service. It's them who have to deal with USPS for losing the package not the customer!!!

once i figured it out it was smooth, definitely a slow start but that was on me from being green, your platform is great
