I believe this is the best app to correct downpayment, and what I love most about this app is the customer support.

Excellent app, which allowed us to charge customers a small part of the total amount immediately as part of a pre-launch and to charge the remaining amount in the future on a day defined in the app. Questions about the setting options were answered quickly, professionally and extremely politely. I am very satisfied with this app and the development team behind it. We will be implementing many more pre-launches with the help of this app.

PreProduct and their team have been our go-to Pre-Order app for a while now and it is very easy to use! It's straightforward with plenty of customization. Their customer service team is very prompt at replying to inquiries and the few times we've needed a hand, they've always come through with solutions to our questions. Great support, great app!

Oli & the team at PreProduct are the best in the business when it comes to service & app support. Understanding, prompt & willing to step in and help no matter what the request. Allowed us to run a very smooth pre-order process over a 12 month period. Highly recommend.

Really easy to use and we crowdfunded our product successfully with PreProduct! So much cheaper than Kickstarter too. Whenever I encountered technical problems, the customer service was fantastic and was able to assist in any troubleshooting. Communication via email was easy.

This app is perfect for what my business needed. It was hard to find an app that would allow me to defer capturing payments until a specified time. The support team is also great. I'll be using PreProduct for all of my future product pre-orders.

Their service is great!! I was having problems with the app (no one else was in our organization) and contacted their service team. Got a response very quickly, went back and forth trying different option with no luck. Finally, we determined that Chrome needed to be updated on my computer. Was never a problem with the app and they helped me solve it in a very short time!! Kudos to the PreProduct support team!!!

Awesome support and great flexibility with this app. Perfect for how we want to present our product to customers when we have high-demand and low stock. Oli is super helpful in supporting any random request we may have.

This plugin was exactly whet we needed for our pre orders. The one issue was it didn't interact with our engraving plugin. With just a few emails they were able to add the needed variables to pas the information to our order page. Very happy with the interaction and the product.

I really appreciate the customer service at PreProduct, specifically Oli! The team at PreProduct is always able to help. I also have noticed that the app itself has gotten more updated and better than when we first started using it. Definitely recommend!

this is a fantastic app to take pre-orders. I was overally impressed by their support team. They went over an above to help us and even make sure there app worked with other apps and was quick to response if we had any questions or issues. strongly recommend if your looking for a pre-order app with great support team.

We recently added PreProduct to our store so that we can start accepting deposits for items we are awaiting stock on. The app was easy to install. The communication and support is fantastic. We needed some small changes to the way the product buttons looked on the site and Oli was able to make these changes for us. Would recommend this app if you are looking to accept preorders and deposits for your site.

Fabulous app and team. It did all we required of a Pre-Order app and the customer support was superb down to a few small customizations needed for our site. Unfortunately our supplier timeframes were not reliable so we've had to uninstall but when they are on-time we will certainly consider bringing it back.
