The app was not working properly and they redirect me to fix the issue. Working fine now

FYI this app only supports 1000 items. It isn't stated anywhere, so there's no way for you to know without asking. We have an extensive catalog with more than 10k items on preorder. The funny thing is that this app worked perfectly for us with that many items on pre-order for close to a year. Then - poof - overnight all of our settings/collections disappeared and the app stopped working. Contacted support and they're like, oh by the way, we only support 1000 items. Very frustrating experience, and such a waste of time. If you have less than a 1000 items that you want to offer on pre-order, this app will be great. Thank you for sharing your experience and feedback. Love this app! Does exactly what I need it to do. When I had problems understanding how to do a more complex preorder, Saman did some research and fixed me right up. He answered lots of questions, all in a timely manner. Great app, great support!

Sometime to now, the app it doesnst work. How can I solve it?

Customer service is top-notch! Zora helped me with all my issues. Their "Part of order is a pre-order alert message" is exactly what I was looking for, I couldn't find this feature anywhere else. They also cover features similar to other apps at a lower cost. Easy to use, amazing overall!

It is a good app that helped continue conversions (during a temporary product outage due to supply chain issues). Support was responsive and quickly helped resolve my questions. Simple to install and configure. I highly recommend this app while you're temporarily waiting on more inventory.

Quick to respond to queries and the team help you to troubleshoot to actually manage the app yourself. The app has it's limitations but they all do. can't fault the customer service though!

Superb support. Great app, Does what it is supposed to do. I tried many other apps but didn't really work well. Very happy with this app and the support team is amazing.

Customer service is quick, friendly and efficient. Helped me tweak app to suit our store. On the store for a short time, but working away.

The team at Preorderly is fantastic, I had an issue that they were able to fix within 20 minutes. I've been using the app for over 3 years and never had issues except this one time and was so happy with their prompt help.

Fairly simple app to set up - had an issue with the app disabling a few hours after going live, but live chat helped to solve this instantly. Thanks team.

Messaged them over the weakened and was not expecting a response until Monday but I received a response about 10 minutes later which was super quick. They fixed all my issues on the spot and informed me of better improvements in the coming months.

Great app, easy to use and supporting our business in a great way. Very happy with the support and ongoing upgrades to the app.

App works intended, and customer support has been very quick and helpful. If you don't have a developer, install the app and then reach out to customer support. It's likely your theme will need some work/tweaking.

So far, So great! I downloaded a bunch of different preorder apps, and this one was the only one that seemed to integrate seamlessly. When I had an issue, the team was VERY quick and very responsive! Super happy I found this app!

We experienced the very best support from Preorderly. Saman was speedy, helpful and went out of his way to help us understand the issue and take action. The app works for us, and it works well in bringing in MTO for our small business. Worth more than 5 stars.

Absolute useless App, nothing works even though its all setup correctly. No customer support availabe on the weekends is a no go. Do not install this trash!

The first impression is a very good app, and has the functions I need. Have had some problems fixing everything to my website, but got very fast and good help with solving everything!

I have used this app for two separate pre-orders, and it has worked really well. I have had a few questions on getting things set-up or revising pre-order info on my website, and the support team has always been available to help sort out questions right away.

Seems great so far, I had to get assistance to setup a pre order and the support was instant and thorough. It's good to know these guys are here for me if i ever need it.

I have to say I am enjoying using this app and support is excellent. We had a little issue once installed but the developers sorted i straight away. I had a questin about variants and the live chat was fab and helped me within minutes. Seems to be excellent value for money and as a small charity things like this really make a difference

It's a nice app for the occasional pre-orders you need to set up. Pretty easy to use once you learn it, and good customer service!
