I use this app for my pre-orders and it helped me section these out separately. This app allows you to customize more freely with all of your products. I recently reached out to customer support (Andrei) about getting the new feature of the pre-order badge for products enabled. He promptly and efficiently replied to enable this function. Andrei also let me know I could disable and enable myself whenever I choose to. This app is one of the better ones as it continues to be updated with new features and customizations. Thank you so much for everything!!

This is by far the best app for pre-orders. Customer service is also very helpful. They are very quick to respond and offer a personalized and efficient service. I'm excited to see the new features they are working on.

I usually don't write reviews but Timesact has had such a positive effect on my business that I had to share my experience with this app. The installation was a breeze and I received excellent customer service from Andrei making a few customizations to my theme. I have had the app a few days and am already generating a lot of sales that I would have missed out on while I am waiting on new inventory to arrive. If you are looking for a pre-order app, don't hesitate to install this one!

Generally we don't leave reviews but these guys are awsome. if your like us then you install the most installed app to start. we did that and what a nightmare on the two top installers. great apps till you need help then it's a run around for days. TOOK A CHANCE ON TIMESACT and wow what a difference in customer service and it didn't take days, it took hours. Lets face it Timesact is new yes, but cheaper, better customer service and if you have a highend them then these guys will dig in and get you up and rolling. WELL DONE TIMESACT!

The support is out of this world amazing. If all of life worked like this, we wouldn't have any wars. :) Cheers!

We used Timesact to offer preorder to our customers and it was easy to install and execute. Help by the developer was quick and useful. We look forward to wishlist being added as well! Highly recommend this app.

A really great app, and the customer support is second to none! I have only started using it, and I'm already wowed by the functionality. There are features that no other pre-sale app gives you, and for a really good price. Developer Andrei personally helped in setting up my shop and provided excellent communication. This app has been awesome for our store - saves us a lot of time and works really well in the backend. The main room for improvement is to stop the second or 2 lag time that occurs with the change from the 'add to cart' to 'pre-order' button in the product listing. Overall I would recommend the app!

I used this app to add discounts and pre-order services for products that are out of stock. The customer support was exceptional. Andrei gave me a one-on-one tutorial that showed me how to navigate adding new products and discounts. I recommend this app 100 percent because of its features and its one-of-a-kind customer support. I swear my wife says that I have an app problem. I must use more than most people and test what will work and what won't. The Pre-Order function is EXACTLY what we needed. I just recently installed this app and immediately received help when I needed it from Andrei. I was having trouble with the settings, because of previous pre order apps I installed/uninstalled. Finally, a working solution. We have tried and FAILED with several other pre-order apps with all of them being too glitchy or selling beyond the allocated inventory. Andrei & his team got it right. From hand holding install to assisting in clean-up of legacy code to ensuring the app works seamlessly with other apps, Andrei and team do it all. Great solution that's already impacting our business.

I installed two apps before I got Timesact to help me take pre-orders. Both had some technical issues so I deleted them right away. I kept checking for another option and found this one. I installed it and everything was easy. However, I noticed my site with some glitches, so I contacted Andrei (the owner) who has a chat option once you install the app. He found some code that remained from the other two pre-order apps that weren't allowing my website to work properly with his. He cleaned it and helped me set up everything I needed and the way I needed to start offering pre-sales. With that customer support, you can't go wrong. The app works great now.
