I searched and installed so many pre-order apps (literally almost every single pre-order app on Shopify lol) Among all the apps, why did I choose Timesact? 2 reasons. 1. So easy to use. Even I could set up that means everyone can install and st up. 2. Customer Support is just AMAZING!! While I was waiting for the responses from all the other app companies, Timesact is the ONLY ONE that responded immediately and resolved all the problems. They even fixed the problems I caused since I installed many apps randomly and that caused the problems for the Timesact app to work properly. They fixed it quickly and it is now working perfectly. I would say "Just try this app and don't waste your time looking for another app." This is my honest review!

This is the 2nd store I have installed this APP. Worked just as described and very simple to use, loved what it's doing for my stores. Great technical support; had some styling and custom function issues, they fixed them perfectly on the first try within few hours. I am happy!

Great app, easy to set up, and I've noticed an almost immediate increase in sales conversions - my customers have all the info they need to make a purchase. The developer was also very quick to answer my questions. I prefer this app over other pre-order apps I've used in the past.

Has worked great for our needs and the support from Andrei has been fast and responsive. I've used other pre-order apps in the past and so far this is looking to be the better of the ones I've used!

I’ve tried several pre-order apps but it was the best. I've also called all buyers if they have received the email and sms that "their order contains pre-ordered product" but so far everything has worked fine. The support is also very helpful.

Vorab: Die App tut was sie soll und ist intuitiv zu bedienen. Daher schon mal 5/5. Der Kundenservice ist hervorragend!! In unserem Theme wurde sehr viel (de-)installiert und customisiert. Wir hatten anfangs ein paar kleinere Probleme mit der korrekten Anzeige des "Jetzt vorbestellen" (es wurde trotzdem "in den Warenkorb legen" angezeigt) und ein paar weiteren Kleinigkeiten. Habe an einem Sonntag Abend (!!) Andrei das Problem geschildert und er hat sich sofort an die Arbeit gemacht und zusätzlich noch Codereste von gelöschten Apps entfernt, damit das ganze smoother läuft. So lob ich mir das - ich kann die App jedem uneingeschränkt empfehlen! Grüße

Great service from Timesact. Was trying to add the stamp but couldn't Fast support to add the pre-order sticker to our products.

Easy to install and use for a small number of the products to sell. If you have lots of products and want to change some settings for all....it is a problem.. there are no batch function such as select all, apply all, etc... The support person kindly offered to provide such a script for our specific use... but I did it manually by myself… I spent two hours intensively for a trivial simple task. .. I regret that the support person should have done the SCRIPT process from the beginning.

Excellent app and amazing support. We needed flexibility with or pre-orders at the variant level and Timesact is exactly what we were looking for. Even better, when we had an issue, they fixed it immediately. I would highly recommend.

Used this app to try the feature of placing out of stock items on backorder. Pretty straight forward configuration, and when I hit a roadblock, due to the theme I was using, they were quick to respond and help me find a solution.

Quality Service and good product. I had to uninstall as I wanted unlimited pre-orders a month. Will possibly come back if the new app I installed doesn't work. There are many buggy pre-order apps out there but these guys are willing to go the extra mile and uninstall those bad themes from those apps.

Simple to get started, and support was quick to respond and quick to resolve my pre-order badge issue. So far so good, and would recommend.
