Brilliant app. So many Shopify apps sound great before you get them but then are so clunky and weird when you go to use them. This one is incredible - the installation only takes seconds and they even set you up with lots of helpful automations. Literally could not be easier. Super helpful and fast support, too. They were even available on a holiday! I'm excited to use this app. It's so incredibly well priced, too.

Easy to use app to set up campaigns and automations. The customer service is quick and great to work with. They are always open to new ideas and integrations.

Postscript--- please don't become those other companies that charge an arm and a leg for your service! Remember what got you here! Also, please improve your Pop ups! I know they're new, but you really need to create a user-friendly theme editor, and allow multi-part pop ups. Remember we're mostly entrepreneurs and biz owners here -- and the simpler, less-code heavy, the better! Last, but not least, PLEASE integrate with OMNISEND, and other email marketing platforms. Makes no sense to just do Klayvio, when there are like a dozen email platforms people use. Please PLEASE integrate with Omnisend. Thanks again!

Fantastic tool, immediately increases conversion rate and provides an ROI out of the box once integrated. Zev from the team is the man, their live chat is great and they're extremely proactive. A lot of app companies should really take notes on how postscript works. Great product with even better service.

Incredible easy to use, great customer support and affordable. Other providers offer a more complicated suite of tools, but those are often unnecessary pieces of flash for businesses just looking to build their SMS function. Postscript gives a no-BS solution for getting your SMS program off the ground.

I have to say, I rarely, if ever, write reviews. This experience was review worthy. Zev is the BEST Customer Service & Onboard Agent I've EVER had. I've been having trouble with setting up my Postscript as it's a brand new Software i'm not familiar with. Zev, quite literally, onboarded me for over an hour, answered all of my annoying questions, and went above and beyond in his pursuit of my satisfaction. He walked me through every detail, waiting for me as I was integrating softwares, and even helped me optimize my Automations I already had in place. He then extended my trial so I can "receive the full experience!"... for 30 days. All I can say is this: the software is incredible, but more than that, the people at the company are incredible. Zev, thank you for your wisdom and charisma. They set the standard for Customer Satisfaction for me.
