I'm the marketing and sales director for a meal prep service and we are loving Postscripts. Easy to use and lets us communicate with our customers for when the order deadline is each week!

Super easy installation with a seamless integration for our current text list. Support is quick to reply and helpful with answers and not just sending links to a knowledge base.

So far Postscripts has been an awesome app for us! A massive upgrade over the old service we were using. The support they've offered thus far is also second to none. Shannon and Zev have been top notch! Highly recommend if your trying to take your SMS to the next level!

Great app, even better service. I've hesitated on taking the plunge into text-marketing for a while, just being so accustomed to email only. Finally decided to do it. The Postscript app itself is already pretty intuitive, but of course, had questions come up as you would with any new tool. The Postscript team was SUPER responsive and over-shared rather than under-shared which I really appreciated. I had a great experience with Shannon and Zev, but I'm sure the whole team is just as helpful. Looking forward to continuing this text-marketing journey and seeing some great results!

This app is good. I switched from SMS bump and found better results with postscript. Zev was helpful when I was setting everything up.

Although I had some issues initially the customer service was excellent very helpful & patient during set-up! I love this app so far so good:)

A really great customer service team! Had an issue that stopped us in our tracks and they solved it. On a Saturday at midnight. Shannon is super helpful too!

Getting sales via MMS messaging is huge in my business! PostScript makes it easy and possible ! The chat help is always super responsive too

Only 4 stars because we haven't used it for long yet but everything seems to be working great and the support team is awesome! Zev was really fast at answering and quick with figuring out a solution!

I LOVE Postscript! All of the features are super easy to use and if you have questions the support team, never takes more than 5 minutes to respond. This is super helpful when you are trying to get a marketing campaign out the same day. Will continue using Postscript, I do not have any complaints!

the best app if your looking for marketing, i used to use email on my website and would not get a nearly 5% return after using postscript my sales have gone up "perfect app" www.valabasas.com

PS Customer Service is TOP NOTCH. Talking to real people, real time, helping set up a second PS application on another site. Highly recommend. If you aren't using SMS in your marketing plan, you are missing out.

Postscript is easy to navigate and reasonably priced. The experts are always one instant chat away if I have any questions. I've never had any issues and received great feedback from my customers about our fun text message alerts.

We use postscript at rudeoffensive.com. They have been amazing! As a UK store its important for us to be sending from a UK number and postscript set this up for us, made other tweaks for us and have just been all round great. With a free 30 day trial with unlimited credits you'd be a fool not to give postscript a try!

Love Postscript! Their customer service is excellent and the product is fantastic. We increased our sales big time.
