Since switching to PostCo. our returns process has been dramatically simplified for both us and our customers. At first, it can be a little fiddly getting everything set up to the store and policy specifications, but Melisa's induction and ongoing support from both Melisa and Nick made it a breeze. Support responses are timely and a majority of enquiries have been resolved with ease and clarity. Integrating with Australia Post was also quite simple. You will need a merchant account with them to integrate otherwise there is a manual mail-in option to get started. The FAQs had a good step by step on the set-up. I would recommend to anyone using this app for the first time to allow 2-3 weeks of returns to go through to find any pain points ( all stores are different! ) and tweak as you go. We recommend this app 100%.

We migrated over to PostCo 360 from a different app. Rachel was super helpful with onboarding our team and assisting with any questions or requests we had. Our team is enjoying the back end side of things. Thank you!

UPDATE: Nick from Support reached out and was helpful in answering various questions I had. After doing some testing, the app isn't quite right for our shop but it seemed like a good solution that would work well for a lot of folks! I really wanted to like this app - it was easy to install and seemed easy to set up as I went through the options. However, I did have several questions for support and I reached out with several messages but never received a response back and it's been a couple of days at this point. I see everyone else saying support is great but the lack of any response has me concerned about future support and troubleshooting so I don't want to get entrenched with this app and then be stuck with a problem. Unfortunately, I have to move forward with something else today because I've already had days go by trying to stay with this solution, so I'll be looking for another app for returns.

We love PostCo 360. The customer service is such a huge benefit of this platform. They are always on call, always willing to help with any questions we have and set up and managing the platform is easy as 123. We couldn't live without this streamline service and couldn't recommend it more.

We have been using the AP for a month so far and have found it has saved so much time with customer service, it is so easy to use and follow.

The best returns app on the market. Nick and the team are super helpful with setup and are constantly updating their app. Customers are loving they can create exchanges immediately and my team are loving that these orders are automatically created. Overall 5/5!

We transferred over from a larger returns provider because they were too expensive. Come to find out, PostCo 360 can do everything that our old larger app can do at a fraction of the price. On top of that, Rachel was so helpful and made the setup so easy.

Since applying the PostCo app our returns service has streamlined, it runs efficiently, saves on manpower and human error. The app can be tailored to suit your policy, inserting rules with minimal effort. Customers also find it easy to use, linked to our DHL makes the whole return process seamless. The costs are really reasonable, we would highly recommend as a small business to create a professional, effective returns service.

I really like how I can easily offer a link to my customers with such an easy to use process for returns and also for store credit. It really lifts the brand trust. It also creates a log that is easy to refer back to all in one place if I ever need to see how many returns are pending or to simply look up a return waiting to be processed on receipt of a return parcel. I would like if I could offer a print return label function for my customers without having to utilise eparcel.

It was about time we got a proper returns portal that really improves both our customers experience and ours! We are so glad we found PostCo.
