The app had great design capability and great customer support but I really needed to be able to apply discount code while still having quantity discount applied and that was not an available feature yet. Still a great app tho!

Great app and amazing support! I have had the chance to deal with Mike and he has been incredible with us. Mike has been patient, honest and really efficient with his coding. I've been using this App for a year to implement discounts. What I like is that I can create discounts at a granular level, product by product and that the configuration of the discount structure is really easy to setup. Also, the support is really good. They will assist you on setup if needed and from within the App, there are Chat, Email, Phone Support options. I recently worked with Joy in the Support Chat to understand how the discount order of precedent works from Overall to Collection to Product and Joy was very helpful and provided all of the answers to my questions quickly.

The app is really good, with it I've been able to put a quantity discount structure on to over 900 items in my store. The support team is absolutely amazing! They are quick to respond, have been able to solve my problems and help me get exactly what I wanted from the app. Joyce and the entire team are wonderful to work with, and I could not be happier with the support from them, they are a huge part of what makes the app so good!

I installed this app and it needed 1 feature to make it worth my while. Joyce and her team were quick smart getting this feature implemented and I am now a very happy chappy :)

I have literally tried all the quantity breaks apps on Shopify, this app has the greatest support and product out of all of them. Highly recommended for everyone looking for a quantity breaks app.

This is precisely what we where looking for. With a lot of products for volume sale and the need for different discounts this is perfect. The support is one of a kind, we are new in shopify and had some questions and needed help as we are not Code people..! Omega was quick and very helpful and patient trying to fulfill our needs. And even if we are on the other side of the world the answer quickly in their working hours. Only wish for the future is to work with decimals.. but Shopify do not support this yet. Highly recommend the app specially for the engagement from the Omega team. Update now we have used OmegaTheme for a long while and we can't find any team faster than this to solve any ideas or problems which might pop up. 2022 and we still love the Omega team. If we face a need for adjustment they are just there to help. Fest4all.dk
