Hi all, so all in all, great support & great app. The app needed some dev work to perfectly fit our theme, and the customer support was fantastic: as soon as we explained the issues coming from our theme (not the app) they were able to work on it immediately and fixed everything for us. Our website now does what we want it to do perfectly thanks to the team behind Pareto. We had downloaded similar apps but none did as well in terms of customer support and functionality. A free app that utilizes Shopify's internal discounts, but lets you set things up in a way that makes it easier to work with. Plus, the team is there to support better than I have found Shopify Support to be. They were willing and able to customize the display when I noticed it showed the quantity required in a way I didn't like, and they have been quick to respond with the correct information every time I needed them. Joyce was extremely helpful with my questions and helped me set up efficiently and effectively.

The app offers a lot of options to set discounts and your own theme colors. I had an issue with updating the discount price after entering the quantities, and this was resolved by the developers within a day. Support is very quick and helpful. Thank you Tracy & Niel. Definitely recommended!
