Great support. Resolved and answered quickly. However I did have an issue with the tracking information which is not reliable if you dont provide Courier and Tracking Format. I do recommend to request this information by default before enabling instead of letting the app provide inaccurate tracking info.

So far no complaints, my store is based off a black background with white text, inverted from most stores so the tracking system wasn't showing up initially. I got some assistance from Mig to correct the colors to work for my site, looks great now. 5-Star experience so far!

Good app, nice support. I recommend this app and it avoid the customers to worry about his parcel. However I would suggest to improve the tracking process.
