The representative was very kind and polite to me, she helped me with everything, thank you .really fulfilled all my requests and the representative name is mig very understanding and calm woman I was very satisfied in every way thank you for everything :)

Parcel Panel has all the features that I need to keep my customers informed about their order status, plus, they have an awesome support staff that always try to do their best in case I have any issues with the app.

So far so good! got the branding removed with a simple email PLUS some added quotas to my free plan. most def excited to buy the paid version. at the time of writing this review i haven't actually used the app yet but ive played around with it and i like it. will be embedding it into my site in a bit. excited!
