Great customer support for the order tracking questions I had as I was considering switching from Aftership. This isn't the right one for what we need but the support was great nonetheless.

Jessca was great! I installed this product on 2 more sites of mine and she gave me an additional 30 quotas for each site. I've been running this app on 2 of my other sites as well and it's a great app.

I experience a very good customer support and very good app and nice dispatch on the tracking template. the only reason it gets 4 stars instead of 5 is that it's mac 20 trackings per month otherwise I have nothing to complain about. thanks elly at customer service once again
