This is the worst app I’ve ever used in my life. They charge you for months after you cancel It's unfortunate that you left a dishonest App review. You installed our App on 23 Sep, and uninstalled on 29 Oct which is after the 30-day free trial period has ended. We use Shopify Billing, so all the App charges are managed directly by Shopify. Since you have exceeded the free trial, Shopify automatically made the App charge for your shop for 1 month. When you reached out to us to ask for refund, you were very disrespectful in your message. But despite that, we politely provided a full refund for you in a prompt manner, since you have only exceeded the free trial by a few days. I'm not sure how we could handle the situation better than what we have done. We just hope you could be more considerate in your action.

If you reach out to our Support, we'll be more than happy to address your feedback and request. There are many requests and customizations that we have implemented for our users. So it would be great if you can respond and share with us more details on this.

Support from OwnBase has been oustanding. We have recently started work on our TikTok store and they have been amazingly quick to respond to our support queries. We have had a couple of feature requests to improve the visibility of orders in Shopify and they have been really receptive to implementing those. TikTok isnt easy but Ownbase makes it that much easier. Update - couple of months in and support continues to be really high level. Feature requests are being actioned and app is being improved at a decent cadence.

What makes this app great is not only its simplicity but the support you receive with it! A must use in my opinion.

I have been looking everywhere for a seamless app to connect TikTok and Shopify. I went with other apps and they were extremely faulty and the customer service had me ready to rip my hair out. I wish I would have known about this app earlier. Highly recommend and will make letting other entrepreneurs know about this app. Also, they are extremely fast with response times and super helpful. I Would recommend ownbase because its very easy to use, products integrate smoothly with tiktok.

This App has given me so much time back and breathed new life into my business. We sell in a product category on TikTok that has many required fields and I was spending half my week just doing data entry to get our products up. With Ownbase I can cut out most of the busy work and actually focus on marketing my products. Support is great I have emailed several times now with questions and gotten very quick and professional replies. If you are selling on TikTok and need your products to upload faster or your orders/inventory to synch with Shopify stop wasting time with the native integration its horrendous. Do yourself a favor and get the free trial of this app and you'll immediately see how the subscription pays for itself 100 times over in time you will get back!

Terrible inventory sync

SOOO easy to use in comparison to other integration/syncing apps! I tried 2 other before this one and was always experiencing syncing issues. Ever since getting Ownbase I haven't had any more problems! Thank you!

Great app and very easy to use!

Ownbase works out-of-the-box with zero hassle. I tried 2 other apps to sync my TikTok shop and had nothing but trouble. With Ownbase I was up and running in less than an hour and everything synced up beautifully. If you're on the fence, give Ownbase a try. You won't regret it.

Wasting time, look for better app

My customers orders were duplicated once by TikTok Shop and once by Ownbase. This charged the customer twice and we had to issue a refund.

Ownbase is seriously clutch! I was on the hunt for something to seamlessly move my Shopify products over to TikTok, and boom, Ownbase showed up! It's like magic - my products transfer over perfectly every time. their customer service are awesome as well, Any questions or help and they are on it instantly Highly recommend!!

The app is very intuitive to use, once I had it set up it was smooth sailing and I didn't have to worry about it. The customer support is also 10/10 and they dealt with all my queries.

The support staff at Ownbase is so kind and helpful. I was struggling with getting my inventory to sync on TikTok and could not figure out why. The staff at Ownbase customer service was so patient and helpful. They got my inventory to sync and I started making sales within 30 minutes! The app itself is very easy to use to load your items onto your TikTok seller account. I wish I had know about this months ago.

I have been using app for abt a week maybe more my inventory has not synced 100% and ownbase is withholding my money for some apparent reason. I have made the purchase for the customer and still have nothing pending and shopify said they are unable to see it also. I have had more orders roll in and I don't have the funds to cover them now because nothing has rolled over. So now I am going to lose 19.00 or so in sales plus the 76.00 that is God knows where which was my starting capital. I really like this app until it took my money and inventory started getting a little weird. I just added the inventory no biggie but the loss of money is unforgettable.

Great app, products are easy to sync and orders come into shopify with no issues. Team was quick to answer any questions I had.
