We just canceled our Hootsuite account and moved to Outfy. Below are the main reasons for our switch: 1. Uploading images takes the longest when scheduling our posts in Hootsuite, and bulk editing is restricted to creating a CSV document, which we find to be unnecessary work. In Outfy, there is no effort, because all your products are populated. 2. We found the interface very streamlined and intuitive. 3. We can now streamline posts of all products on all our social media sites plus several others we signed up with because of Outfy. Has saved us much time. 4. Although Hootsuite gives a view of your competitors, there are other ways to do this without paying to use their social media posts feature. Crazy to compare a Shopify apps technology to the behemoth Hootsuite, but Outfy's technology is more intuitive and exactly what a business needs to more simply streamline social media activities. Amazing app! I see no point in using Buffer or Hootsuite anymore, this app lets me do what took me hours to set up in other apps in mere minutes, and in some cases, seconds. Totally recommend

I'm having great success with this app! Traffic to my store has increased dramatically since I started using it. Thanks for the text reminders when it's time to post to Instagram! Could not be happier with this app and with Outfy support - thank you!!

Without a doubt one of the best apps we've added to our store! This App is saving me at least an hour of posting every day. Outfy support is incredibly responsive to my requests and even rolled out a new feature I requested and loaded it in my app to test before going public. I just loaded up a week's worth of posts with just a couple clicks. Brilliant! P.S. We used Outfy's promo templates for all our Christmas promotions and had the best month we've ever had in 7 years! A MUST HAVE APP!

Must have app for apparel online store. Easy to use, great customer service and low App price. Love it.

Update: Worse. I'm downgrading from my original two star review to a single stare. Customer service is nightmarish. When they won't answer a question and you explain to them what you're asking they become incredibly rude and threaten "report to Shopify." Report what exactly? Each reply is a promotional marketing about how easy their app is to use. They just won't answer questions. And. If you meekly follow their recommendations you'll be advertising for this app with every post. Why? Because they add the Outfy hashtags to your products. While this might seem innocent enough, I personally have an issue with them piggybacking onto my posts. App is not free. Caution when using this app. It's not picky about how it posts. I have another app that does some price fixing and Outfy does not honor the real price - tried with Facebook and with Pinterest - Outfy even goes so far as to strip my price app from my website's linked page and displays my web page with the wrong price! Yikes.

Very impressive! In short, after few months with this app, we canceled all our other used apps for social management "Posting" and now we use this one only. Smart, intelligent, and beautiful, especially the admin dashboard. We have almost tested 100s of apps in Shopify and regarding help & support, we give this app 5 STARS ratings*. The only missing feature we noticed and was important for us "we assume other fashion stores as well" is to import and show the Vendor tag in the post. We talked with the admin staff about it and they said it will be available n the future updates. We like this app and wish them the best. Beautiful app for sure. Thank you, USA BRANDS
