Good app but the pricing almost makes it not worth it. The "pro" pricing plan is laughable. $55 a month to get some analytics. No thanks! If it was half the price it MIGHT be worth it. Also, it's missing an integration with ConvertKit, my email service of choice, so I have to manually import subscribers into my follow up sequences.

This is my 2nd review because I had to share the amazing results. We launched the Wheelio app on our site 3 days ago. So far....94 sales and 964 email addresses collected. From people who were LEAVING our website! If you own an eCommerce store....you have to try this. We have never found an exit intent app like it and I have tried several! Cheers Wheelio....you guys ROCK!

It is an amazing app. Very funny the idea about the "Wheel of fortune". All my customers, when the wheel appeared to them, were happy!!!!

I just installed the app so I can't talk about performance yet, but so far it's really easy to install and they have a great customer service. Karlo helped me with a couple of questions via chat quickly.

Terrible rip-off. I asked for help and it said that "Carlo" was active to help answer questions. No answer. I tested it 2 weeks ago and it worked, had 2 shows of the wheel one of those was for my test. Here is it 2 weeks later and no one saw it and I've had more than 300 hundred visitors since then. I want my money back! Plus they are asking me to upgrade after their piss poor performance! They can go stuff it!

This is by far the best exit intent and direct sales app I have ever seen. The gamification is next level and so is the support from the developer. Love it!

Very clever app...gives that last boost to confirm the customer is making a good decision! I like the fact that you can tailor the percentages however you would like!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE HAD IN A LONG TIME. Rude, and completely unhelpful when, if he'd helped me, he may have retained my business and had me recommend this to others. Not recommended at all. If you go and join Soundest for your mail outs, they offer you this exact same thing for FREE!

This app is next level stuff. Incredible way to convince leads to buy now. If they don't buy now, throw their email in a workflow to follow-up. SEO and mobile friendly as well. One of the best apps for Shopify without a doubt.

I like it, but why it is not showing up in the checkout in shopify. I get that checkout is hosted by shopify, not the merchant, but you can use some kind of java script tag as shopify allowing you to place additional code on the shopping cart....

We made sales from Wheelio within the first few days using it! I think it is a must have for any Shopify store! It was crazy easy to install. My only nugget of advice to new users: include some instructional language (very easy to customize within the Wheelio app.) Many of customers were confused about how to apply the discount (eyeroll) - I think they assumed it would automatically apply to checkout and that they didn't need to paste the code.

One of the nicest apps we’ve seen in a while. Making everyone a winner is a great idea and certainly increases conversion rates. We did not give 5 stars because we think the following aspects need to be improved: 1. Any "free-trial app" (such as Wheelio) should send a reminder email BEFORE the end of the trial phase and BEFORE they charge your credit card. 2. Any "free-trial app" should by default STOP working after the trial phase ends. It should NOT, however, by default assume that you are happy with the service and charge your credit card after the trial phase ends. 3. Any "free-trial app" should clearly show within the app how many days of the"free trial" are left. Wheelio unfortunately does not do any of the above. Apart from that, we can recommend giving them a chance. Visually appealing design, playful animation and most likely a positive ROI.
