Worst customer service i have ever experienced and to imagine im paying them money for it. If you need a reply to anything, dont contact them, go elsewhere!

We often have customers that want to modify their order or ordered the wrong item, so far this has worked great for us to allow them the flexibility to change or cancel their order. :)

What a great app! This is something that should've been built into to shopify automatically. It is a great option for customers and builds trust by offering safety and control over their orders. It's really a must-have.

Another most have app. Dave and his team have done an amazing job at allowing Shopify customers to edit their orders ina very simple and efficient way. This will save use a valuable amount of time with our fulfillment team maximizing customer service. Works great and the support team is very responsive.

Works fine. Had some issue with the installation due to my lack of liquid editing skills but Dave was a big help in getting things setup. This should have been a basic option in Shopify so its good to have this app.

This app is a must have. It is one more way to save time and It works great so far with no glitches. So far one of the most universally useful Apps you can get for Shopify.
