This app was great up until the last three weeks when it stopped working. I've sent 5 emails to their only customer service contact info and have received no response. Shopify has reached out to them on my behalf and still I've heard nothing. Not a word in three weeks. Meanwhile, we're losing business. I'm wondering if this company has gone out of business, as their website isn't loading either...

DOES THE JOB VERY NICELY. VERY HAPPY WITH THE APPLICATION. IT IS RECOMMENDED TO EVERYONE, A MUST HAVE.

very easy to install and use. really helpful and a must for all shopify stores. would definitely recommend all to install it

i didnt see in action yet BUT obviously this is a must have!!!!! already today morning this app was needed to customer that want change the color, and for now on they can change without sending email requesting, top five for this!

I got this app for easy customer reordering. It is working well, but one thing I would change about this app is the 'Reorder' button on the account page. Rather than adding the items to your cart and bringing you directly to the cart page, I would prefer it opened up a popup that showed what items were in the order, then having an 'add to cart' button in the popup screen. This would help the customers remember what exactly they ordered without having to go to another page.

This app is great and a necessity for any online store. It helps take care of order cancellation request that arises from your customers. Shame on Shopify for not having this basic solution on their plans smh. w

Why isn’t this a Shopify standard? Thank you for this easy and necessary app that brings my level of service to the next step.
