I recently had the opportunity to use Order Legend for Google Ads, and I must say, it's been a fantastic experience that absolutely deserves a five-star rating. The customer support team deserves a special mention. They were always available, providing swift and knowledgeable responses to any queries I had. Their support made a considerable difference, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience.

Just got my first order after a week and looks like there are going to be many more. I did not rate 5 stars as the app did not take into consideration my change of primary market and remained focused on the Belgian market whereas I had changed the settings to France. They told me to desinstall / reinstall the app to solve the problem, and hopefully more orders will flow :)

Quick question i thought you guys said youll pay for the ads and thnat its risk free but its asking for a monthly budget for ads i thought you said "we pay with our own money"

Before you install it i would check in 'company house' this LTD's books. It will be clear quite quickly why you should not waste your time. Their budget for a store will be around 0.05£ if not less for a day. in response to Order Legend LTD : Let me add some numbers for context, They managed to generate 3 CLICKS over two months and a massive wait for it - 200 impressions :) (In your case, our campaigns lost us money and we did not pass any of these losses on to you) LOL Order Legend is not Redbrain those are two separate entities and it would be great if you just dropped that charade

Fantastic! Set up was very smooth (really just a couple of clicks and you're done) then it does take a while until it gets started but it was all done within a couple of weeks and we got an email to say our ads were running. 2.5hr later we had our first order! I suggest you try it, you really have nothing to loose!

I am really pleased with the results from Order Legend for one of my stores, Festival Heaven. Since installing the app a year ago, it has led to significant growth, generating over 2,300 orders and significantly boosting sales. The pay-only-on-results model is great! I also tried the app on another store I manage, Gothic Individual, which is still in its early stages. While it hasn't reached the same level of orders, having only generated a dozen orders since installing the app in March, I've only ever paid for results. I'm working with the Order Legend team now to see if order volume can be boosted. My experience with Festival Heaven is a clear example of how it can drive results for your store. And even if it doesn't drive a lot of order volume, like my Gothic Individual store so far, there is no risk involved with Order Legend's app. I highly recommend giving the Order Legend app a try, it'll either work or it won't and you have nothing to lose giving it a go!

Our orders through our website have more than doubled since we installed the app. It saves a ton of time as we don't have to manage and fund the ads, paying only for results is great! Even during our slower summer months, we're seeing over 500 orders per month generated from this app. I should mention that there was a billing glitch earlier in the year. Some other reviews have mentioned duplicate charges. However, the team was quick to address the issue, refunded all the duplicate charges for our store, and have since improved their billing system. If you're on the fence about the Google Shopping Autopilot app, I'd say give it a go. Worst case, it doesn't work, you've only spent a couple minutes of your time setting it up. For us at HappyCandy.co.uk, it's made a huge difference and I'm sure it can do the same for other Shopify merchants too.

App did not work at all. We signed up and no one contacted us for over 2 months and it was stale all these while. We got in touch to find out what is going on and where told they are only just going to stream the products now. Waiting another one month, no word from them whatsoever so we deleted the app. Service was very poor I must say.

Since our account managers left, we had no help. Left messages, emailed, reply was unhelpful, showing zero interest, then just disconnected our google ads. We did not feel we are welcome at all as a customer, felt like inconvenience. Not sure why they we were contacted at the first place by direct marketing email to sign up. Not great customer experience.

Sadly, not working, and they have no interest helping. We also got double charges for few days, and they have technical issues. Can not call back, or help, no point, wasted months on this. Not sure why did they approach us for business if they dont want the business. Not a customer oriented approach. The employee left who set our business up and running the she was absolutely fantastic, now nothing works, so delete the app.

Installed this app a few weeks ago and a very positive experience so far, support team have been very helpful when needed. Working to a fixed % for conversions is great for budgeting and we are seeing sales for items we wouldn't normally focus on with our own Adwords campaigns.

Redbrain is a very useful app and their support team are very helpful. I would certainly recommend this app.
