An awesome application to use for email service/newsletter dispatch. We found the Soundest tool very easy to use and the reports/tracking etc. were excellent. Favorite function within the application is being able to choose the products off our website to be automatically added into the newsletter - pictures, description, price etc. Good Job to the Soundest Team!

Amazing app, we looked very hard and tried multiple cart recovery apps before we decided to go with Soundest. It merges the capabilities of cart recovery with email campaigns on steroids. The product picker, the scratch card email template anad the campaign booster are truly unique features that optmize the use of email campaigns. Great reporting ability coupled with mailchimp integration, it propels the sales. We have only scratched the surface with what it can really do as you can also setup customer reengagement to customers who have not been active on your store for over 30-45-60 days as well as birthday emails which is a great way to tell your customers that you care.

Soundest is hands down the best email service for Shopify stores - super easy to use, integrates flawlessly with my theme, and their support team is insanely fast and helpful. We also use the pop-up feature and integrate the Coopt Campaigns app so visitors share our store on Facebook AND enter an email address for a discount. Try it!

The Soundest app is very user friendly. The free version is great for my startup. It automatically imports your subscribers from your store into the app, and makes it very easy to create and send an email blast, and review your email stats.

Soundest is a combination of an email auto-responder and a cart abandonment recovery app plus a tight integration with the eCommerce workflow through various features to help us engage our customers via emails. The free plan offers basic email newsletter (15K free emails) and sign-up box features while the premium plan comes with all the bells and whistles. I like that it is specifically built with eCommerce in mind so the features they offer and the user experience are very natural fit for a online store owner. I've only used it for 24 hours and I have already setup sign-up box, pop-up box, welcome email series, and abandoned cart recovery email series for my store. Using their templates and designers made creating emails a breeze. Their support via Chat was fast and responsive as well. Though my experience with it is still brief, with their pricing being competitive to Mailchimp yet comes with more relevant features, I would recommend it for eComm store owners.

Great product, easy to navigate and fulfilled the need.

We switched to soundest after frustration with a larger email marketing platform. This app is so easy to use and we love the reporting and the support team. There is not always someone live to chat with but they do a great job on responding and answering questions. We love the real time integration with shopify. Very satisfied!

Great App! Simple to use. No need to know html coding, just simple drag and drop editor. Value for money pricing plans!

Still waiting on results and the second automated email to go through... but as far as functionality - this was absolutely great. Easy to modify the template and great for those of us who want to customize the layout and features. And to top it off... the responsiveness by customer support was EXCELLENT.

This is a no-brainer! Absolutely fantastic piece of software. The already built-in email templates are amazing! Very easy to use dashboard yet extremely powerful! This is exactly what I've been waiting for for a very long time. After jumping from one email marketing solution to another, this is a must-have for anyone who sells stuff via Shopify. The best part is the price! Is is sooo cheap compared to Klaviyo or Receiptful that there is no reason why you should be using anything other than Soundest! Once again, thank you so much for that state-of-the-art piece of software and ridiculously low price! Love it!

They make you pay per month for premium features, but if you're a small company that sends 1-2 newsletters a month this is perfect. Way nicer looking and easier to use than MailChimp. They have a customer for life from me!

I absolutely love this app. Has made my email marketing a lot easier. my favorite feature is the product picker, big time saver!! Great job guys!
