Some features are great like the discount function integrating directly into Shopify discounts. Other features are not so good. I cant set up automation which is very important for our store so we switched. Would reconsider if more features are added.

Using this over mailchimp because of just how easy it is to use and set up, also much cheaper! Makes writing emails a nonissue and saved me hours and hours of work!!! THANKS! :)

Great product - we personally prefer it to Mail Chimp, if all works well we may upgrade in the future. I would not start your free trial too quick though as we did it when we had a low email capture rate and didn't really get to test it, should have waited.

I would say that it's a great software which needs very less effort to create newsletter and gives perfect output.

We used a different app for our email marketing but due to cost we switched to Soundest. We sent out the first campaign today and so far, so good ;-) The setup was easy, the e-commerce integration worked well, and the app does what we need. We are pleased that the cost is appropriate for the available features. The customer service is very helpful and responsive. We are glad we make the transition and give Soundest high marks.

Im an non technical person trying to build the website in Shopify and I come across this wonderful App "Soundest" it made my simpler in managing all my email communication for my store! Thank you!

So far I like it, just one big flaw that I have noticed so far, perhaps I am missing it but there is no way that I can see to add an input field to the pop up email. I want to capture the subscribers name not just their email address. Why wouldn't that be in there, it's an important field if you ask me. update..I changed my rating to 5 stars...Support was fast...thank you and new version coming soon...Thank You, I may just upgrade!

Very much user-friendly and easy to use... mailers can be designed just in few minutes. This app comes with lots of other engagement features to increase your sales. Must try app for e-commerce!!

This App is awesome, i just spent all day trying to edit a photo with everything i was trying to say in text overlayed on it, i then found this app and created an email to all my subscribers within 10 minutes, it actually looks legit now. wasted my day but oh how i got there in the end! thank you Soundest!
