Loved using this App. Makes creating email campaigns easy and with their in-built e-commerce email series, sending reminder emails is just a piece of cake.

Just set it up and sent an email to my subscribers and im very impressed. Did all this in 10 mninutes. Looking forward to learning more about the app and making some succesful campaigns.

I used to use mailchimp but I really prefer Soundest. It is a great up and very easy to use. I enjoy creating my newsletter in Soundest. Very good thing about this app is that what newsletters look great on mobile too.

We sell nutraceuticals and stem cells for anti-aging and Soundest works great for our email campaigns. I am not super tech savvy but creating my campaigns has been a cinch! Thanks, Soundest! Love this app!

not to bash mail chimp but i had it for almost a month and never used it due to it was too confusing for me. i got this app and sent my first newsletter with little difficulty. great app

I have been using eCommerce Email Marketing by Soundest for about an hour, and I could not be more satisfied. The developer of this app is a smart person and clearly paid close attention to every detail. Thank you and we are LOVING this app!

Super easy to use! Great for abandoned Cart , email campaigns etc!

I have had this app for 3 months, and I am so frustrated, the only reason it hasn't been uninstalled is due to the hours of work I have put into it to design emails and not currently having the time to switch. They cancelled my account without telling me, pretty much every feature has not worked at some point or another and I have to contact support every 1 - 2 weeks. Today I had to contact them again because my cart recover emails aren't working. It is so frustrating to pay for an app that doesn't work as promised. I have never been given any compensation for all these issues and support is very slow in getting back. Every time I have an issue it takes them 3 days to 1 week to correct it. Every time they act like its some super unique never before seen problem that gets escalated and then no one ever gets back to me until I chase them down. So far this is the worst app I've used on Shopify. The features are great, and if it did what I pay for it to do, it would easily be 5 stars, despite the slow support. I really hope they fix whatever the various problems are.

My experience with the application was very positive, it was easy to use, excellent designs, I still had no difficulties contacting me with the support. But first impression simply fascinated.

I'm still on the free trial but so far I LOVE LOVE LOVE the interface! Super easy to use and create personalized emails, newsletters and subscription boxes that go with your niche. Super excited to see more!

I love this app! It is so easy to use, and it basically does the work for you. I am not good with working online. Yes I said that LOL. But thanks to this app I can send all of my customer an email at once, EVERYDAY and it's FREE.
