I'd give Omnisend five stars but it is limited in functionality and flexibility compared to other email autoresponders such as Aweber and GetResponse. If you want to integrate with third party marketing and lead generation apps you should be aware that Omnisend can't provide basic html form code to connect with those that don't have api level integration with Omnisend (and very few non-Shopify apps do). All other 'mainstream' autoresponders that I'm aware of provide this basic ability including Aweber, Mailchimp, GetResponse, Active Campaign, Sendlane, Drip, iConnect etc. However, for Shopify stores that don't need to integrate with other marketing apps, Omnisend is the easiest route to take, and Omnisend seem committed to adding new features and improving the app over time.

The worst service ever! Since the transition from Soundest to Omnisend they are charging my credit card for the premium service, but actually they are not giving me the benefits what I'm paying for. This situation is unacceptable and I was paying the last two months for nothing! I just want my money back! And hope that anybody else is experiencing this problem.

Great app, works as advertised :) We have seen our abandoned cart recover go from 8% on stock Shopify abandoned cart automated email to 20% recovery rate using Omnisend three email abandoned cart series. The newsletter tool is very easy to use!

Super easy to use - exactly what we needed for a landing page for our newsletter. Customer service is awesome. Looking forward to checking out the other things Omnisend offers.

I just added this app today and I am more impressed with it than any other app I've added to my store. The ease of use is FANTASTIC! Customer service is very responsive and fast. I would recommend this app to every Shopify store owner. This is absolutely a MUST HAVE!

This made sending professional emails a breeze. Tried it with other apps before and they never came out as clean or as easy to use.

Super app for those with limited knowledge on sending marketing emails to store subscribers. Templates are easy to work with and can be customized to meet your needs. End result looks very professional. Highly recommended!

Buyer beware!!! Product is good but pricey AND you can only cancel your subscription via their live chat which they rarely support or have anyone on. I've tried to cancel our subscription several times over their live chat (as they require it that way) but they've never responded. Now we have to refute the charges with my credit card company.

Its not free. I paid $150.00 and was not able to send my newsletter as they requested I clean up my email list of which all emails were from subscribers from my website.

I'm a professional B2B tech marketer who uses apps like Marketo, Eloqua and Hubspot for a living. I am using Omnisend for my wife's bakery business to deliver email campaigns and set up special offers and forms and I'm blown away by it's smooth functionality and easy integration

They should change there ad here its says 15,000 free emails but that its not true its 2,000 emails on a list, and sometimes it says you have reached your quote for the month and i haven't even sent one. You also can not pick and add things to your email unless you have the over priced paid version.

Fantastic app! They offer great support to help startups grow, as well as a great paid version for more established companies.

Some of the very best customer service I have ever received comes from the guys and gals at Omnisend. They reply super-fast and are really helpful. The features are great and they are always adding more. The UI is easy to use, clean and intuitive. For me, it was a no-brainer to choose Omnisend over Mailchimp. You can read all about the comparisons on their website. Killer features for Shopify stores too. Thank you guys!

Wouldn't be without it. Prefer it over Mailchimp. Would give 5 stars if staff could understand not all stores are the same and would support accordingly.

We have used this app for some time now and its one of our favourites. So east to use and a really helpful team. nothing it to much of a problem for them. The product picker is pure genius and they have a really exciting roadmap for new features. Wouldnt be without it!
