Reviews for Omnisend Email Marketing & SMS

So far so good ! Super smooth app at first glance it looks more complicated than mailchimp but is 10x easier and has a better work flow. Unlike mailchimp it doesn't feel lagged as far as viewing your performance. Ive seen increases in deliverability with my automated mail cant wait to upgrade to Pro during Q4 :)

I "very" rarely write reviews, but the app is super easy to use and when I had a minor question, they replied in under 5 minutes to me and were very patient. Other apps i've tried either didn't work or they were rude/never replied at all. Great app and does what it says.

Just created my first campaign...soo easy!! It's looks better than any others I have ever done. Will be cancelling two other apps I used to do the same job....and no where near as attractive. The auto scheduling of campaigns is a must!!

Excellent app so far. Has wonderful simple templates and an easy to use interface. Have no problems so far even though I just started using it.

My definition of a good app is one that is simple for users, has quality content, and makes your life easier. This does all of the above, and more. Very pleased thus far!

The app is great, but the support is even better. I'm the furthest thing away from a web programmer, and the team helped me integrate a standard Shopify form into the Omnisend app. Over the course of a couple days, my case got handed off from one rep to the next one on deck, and the transition was seamless. I logged on this morning to find perfectly-written code for me to copy and paste into a liquid template. The Omnisend team is patient, professional, and proactive. They most definitely have their act together.

I loved it so much that I paid for it, and I don't typically do that! 10/10 would recommend because it allows for simple automation workflows like a welcome email series and thank you emails.

Easy to set up & customize. haven't tried the workflow but it makes life easy! def. recommended for startups
