The support was very efficient, my store was not working well, we found the problem very quickly and solved it, I would definitely use this app in other projects. The problem we found was that there was a malfunction when installing other discount apps in the cart, support scanned my store and realized that error, it helped me a lot. Highly recommend this app and their support team! I'm using a custom theme on my Shopify store and it has given me a lot of issues with coding layouts/page style. I simply clicked on the chat button after installing the Quantity Breaks app and within just minutes a representative, Tanmay, fixed all of our issues and the end result looks amazing! So happy to have everything look just the way we wanted it to.
