Within the first week of install, I incurred issues with the app. The most notable and disastrous issue of all was in January 2025. This app was identified by the Shopify Dev team as being the primary reason my website has been ruined. Pictures on the homepage were deleted, now product collections are suddenly gone. Alan N. the developer here was not helpful and unresponsive when I stated what was going on. He didn't bother to respond to my email. Customer support can't fix a developers mistakes. I installed this to trial but it didn't have all the functionality we needed but seemed like a nice app - used for a few hours and uninstalled but was charged $16.99 - so I'd be careful before using the "free trial" - it isn't free! EDIT 1/16/25: Lately, it's been incredibly hit or miss when trying to use this app. I've been getting a lot of 404 errors when I click on the app to edit. The latest is an upstream connect error, which is new to me. I don't even have the option to chat with their support. EDIT 1/21/25: The issue has been resolved, and I can now use the app again. I admit that their tech support has done a fantastic job keeping me up-to-date with any issues I have had, past or present. Thank you to the Omega Team.
