Just added the free version to see how it goes. I wanted it primarily for the pre-order function and it looks like this will be straightforward and be just what I'm looking for. Right away, Delaram popped up on the support chat box and was able to help me out with a few questions I had. So far so good!

Absolutely phenomenal customer service. When I initially installed the widget, I wanted to change a few of the CSS elements. Not only did Aliya say that editing the CSS was possible, but she actually went and made the changes for me IN REAL TIME. She literally redesigned the entire button for me in less than 3 minutes. I was on the free plan, but now I will certainly be upgrading. Thank you, Aliya.
