I'm so grateful to have found Negate - Bot Protection! We were inundated with fraudulent orders and abandoned carts. As a result our sales reporting and traffic counts were out of wack. The d - - - bots are just a nuisance all the way around. You know this already or you wouldn't be here reading this. As soon as we added Negate - Bot Protection the lousy bots were directed away from our site. The interface is easy and intuitive, but if you're like me and don't feel too savvy with technical things, the customer support for this app is unsurpassed. They really care! They are eager to help you make the app work for your site. Negate - Bot Protection has earned my most sincere recommendation.

What a great App! We shopped around and researched Bot Protection for a while. We decided to add Negate as the reviews were great and they offered a 7 day trial so we could see what all the fuss was about. Within a day we noticed a massive difference. Customer service is exceptional! Patient and knowledgeable. These guys really know their stuff and in our opinion are giving their competitors a run for their money.
