Great Customer Support, really friendly, fast and professional. The App has a lot of helpful feautures and functionlities which is unique and cool. Until now everything is perfect. You can also find a lot of explanation online which is really helpful.

I began using this app 3-4 years ago and back then it was quite difficult and complicated. I began using this app again this year for a new store and it has improved significantly. I feel like there are still a few improvements to be made, features to be added etc, but I can see that this company is keen on constantly upgrading and improving. Their support is fast, personal and efficient, the support guys are so polite and always happy to help, even with tech idiots like me! haha. 100% recommend.

So many spelling mistakes, very basic functionality unless you install plugins which can amount to $400 US a month plus a subscription of $75 for the app (if you want 10 sellers). And without plugins this is basically useless. No call feature for support, only email

Takes alot of time to get it to do what you want to do to start off. Just starting the use of it and I am really happy with the layout for now :) Will keep review updated if any negative occurrences/downs/slowing etc. The team helped me alot with little things non stop as well! Fantastics Product & Amazing Support. Very versatile and detailed options which can be controlled by admin. The design is a little conventional, but the app still does all the work needed.

We love using this app/product. It really helps us manage multiple suppliers. This is not a weak product. There are many options for this. So it is important to take your time to explore all the robust feature sets. Still, the support staff is very helpful, informative, and most of all patient in their explanations to help us swiftly.

Great experience so far. 5-star customer service. English is simple and plain so sometimes a bit hard to understand but that's okay. Love this app and it has taken my business to the next level. Thanks Asim Hashmi for outstanding help with showing me how the feature apps work. Note that it costs extra the more sellers you add. (Capped at $45 for unlimited sellers.) Also feature apps cost extra.

Webkul has been great in providing regular, helpful support when we've needed it, and they're also working on a number of bespoke developments for us so that our Multi Vendor Marketplace works exactly how we need it to. There are regular updates as they are constantly improving the platform and they're receptive to feedback. I'd highly recommend choosing them!

The app works to its purpose. The support team is great and always very fast to answer. Nonetheless, it gets 3 starts because I find it a bit rigid and any addons that you could use have an extra cost, which makes this a super expensive app.

The Multi-Vendor Marketplace was just what we needed to launch our B2B marketplace. The support team was great in getting us up and running
