Very good value. We wanted an app that could have a custom required text box and this does it perfectly. It didnt work at first with our theme, but the customer service had it fixed within 8 hours turn around time. Very much worth the small investment. Thank you

My customers, could just complete the buying process without even uploading a picture or inserting text. I then tested it myself... You can just buy the product and skip the required information. And that´s beside i marked, that it is required for the customer. So now i have tons of work and reparation to do. Thank you for this useless app.

This app is easy and simple to use, I did have to contact support to get the "Is Required" option to work. However, support did get right back to me and fixed the issue within a couple of hours. Obviously it would be a little better if I didn't have to contact support in the first place.

I have tried other apps for the same thing and this one has the easiest set up out of all of them! Exactly what I wanted.

I was hesitant to buy this app because the details aren't very clear on the page. But the developer was super responsive and helpful, answering my questions prior to purchase. After install, I was having trouble getting it to work in my theme, but again, they helped IMMEDIATELY so I could get up and running! If you run into some speed bumps at first, don't give up, I know they will help you. Most importantly, it is a great app to add one customization to any product(s). HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Excellent app and customer support, this app does exactly as described. Also amazing customer support. They reply within the same hour if not minutes, very helpful and know what they are doing. I recommend this app very much. Later I needed some customization for the app and the customer support were amazing, they quickly applied the request and were very eager in knowing if I had any other comments. It is really refreshing to see very thoughtful service like this. Tech Dignity have also helped me customize my theme (as an additional service), what is cool is that not only do they give support for their app but if you need any customization to your theme, they are more than happy to do so. Again they were very fast and did their best to accommodate our requests. I do recommend them if you need any custom work to your shopify store.

The app is great. I wanted to put a little box in order for my customers to put an explanation regarding their customization requests and this app made it all. Works great and their customer service is awesome! you just send them an email and they usually reply in couple of hours. Whatelse would I want!

I had some trouble setting it up but I emailed the support team and they responded immediately, helped me resolve the issue, and they were extremely communicative throughout the process. I highly recommend it.

I needed help to when the custom product option box was not showing due to a different theme files setup from the theme I'm using and the team sorted out the issue pretty quick and all is good now. Thanks for this

5 Stars goes to extraordinary Customer Support which helped me step by step to configure my customized fields, still I recommend developers to work more on enhancing user interface to enable more settings and possibility to define multiple customization for more than one type.

I needed a custom form field on my site for customers to input special requests at checkout. I was looking for a simple app that just did one or two things and did them really well. This app nailed it. We now have a form field on our product pages that blends in with the design of our theme, and the app was so simple to install and use. At first, because we're using a custom theme, we ran into some issues having it show up, but customer service responded pretty much instantly and helped us not only have it work with our theme, but made some other tweaks and customizations that we asked for after the fact. If you're looking for an infinitely customizable app that does 1000 things, this might not be the one for you, but for simplicity and price, this app is wonderful.
