The app is very broad and easy to use. It has a wide range of selection to apply upsell and crosssell. Also, the customer service chat is very useful. Murtuza was able to help me with some internal personalized settings. His way of commucation is very informative and helpful!

Words can not describe how INCREDIBLE this team is to work with. Any app we have used in the past has come with limitations; in customer service and in functionality. Our site is quite complex and we have needed a huge amount of edits in our code to get things working correctly. Every time we have a new edit, question, or concern; the Monk team has been quick to respond, eager to help, and willing to go above and beyond. It has truly been a joy and I believe my entire team would be fast to recommend their service to anyone!

The app needs refinement but their support team more than makes up for it. My store is relatively new & this app was referred to me by a developer. Their team helped me via chat to understand how to set-up the cross sell. No results yet but it's definitely worth a try I think.

It's honestly a 10/10 app for me! The experience is quite clean and straightforward and they're just what I was looking for in terms of flexibility. Murtuza from support helped with a few text and colour customization & is extremely quick to respond whenever I reached out.

I just downloaded this app!! Im excited to see what good its going to bring me ( i will definitely revisit with a update on this app.) So far it seems awesome and i can't wait to see it in action!!

Selling option bundles are basic upsell / cross sell and need a bit more work to come up to competitor app standards. Being free the basic sell features are ok and the configurable colours and text is pretty good. The app suffers from inability to BOGOF, inability to include a free item into a bundle, or be able to discount more if customers buy more. Sadly other apps provide these features. The side pop-up needs refinement performance wise as it causes a noticeable slow down on the page. Overall a good app but needs more given it has moved to a subscription model.

Just been a day since we downloaded the app but initially seems promising. Support is quick, app is easy to set-up and the pop up design is quite clean and customization. Hoping to see sales coming from it soon.
