There are a lot of bugs and issues in the app. We raised multiple tickets that it was not passing any of the discounts to our 1 click checkout setup but they kept saying it was an issue with the checkout partner while the checkout partner said otherwise. Also when we asked them to help move a widget by adding space below the add to cart button, they failed to do that. We had already done that in our theme but it was not working and their support team was of no help. Also, now they are not available for live chat support, so you just keep writing back and forth on emails without any resolution

Wonderful support! I have a custom theme and Murtuza was able to integrate the app perfectly. This has been the best free gift + multiple discount app available. They definitely know what they are doing and I'm excited to see how the app progresses in the future. It is very easy to use and if you are looking for a seamless free-gift upsell option for your store, I literally tried them ALL and came back to this one.

quick install, does what i needed it to do. Very fast chat support. i wish it were easier to change the text regarding the offer that the customer sees, but they were able to get it changed for me quickly. did not actually work with other shopify discounts. would either let the customer use an automatic discount, or get a free product, but not both. disaster. not user friendly.

This app works great, no custom code needed. I like that it allows you to limit the amount of gifts people can add to the cart. Very well done.

The app is amazing as far as selling more products thro the Cross selling feature and the most important thing is the support from the development of the app it was so great to make it work as efficient for my website needs :)

First off, their customer support team is excellent. They are very responsive and quick to assist with whatever questions you have. The upsell features in the app are super easy to build out and install on your store, and our team is very excited to see the increase in our store's performance. Highly recommended!

It has been a great app so far. There are a few features that are missing but when talking to their team they say they should have those done in about 2 months which is nice to hear. Low cost but does what it needs to.

Lots of features, lots of customization, and works with Markets which makes this a great app. And the customer service is top notch - really glad we went with this app.

Monk helped us in increasing our AOV by 20-30%. We are using all 3 funnels- upsell, cross-sell and free gift. In particular free gift funnel helped us increasing our AOV with our dead-stock.

Features: A true gem on shopify app store! We were in pain to find a nice app that could add a free gift to our built-in cart slider with rules so that if someone wanted to add more they couldn't, and also to remove the gift when the cart threshold goes under the limit. This app does it all and i'm sure it has a ton more features for us to use. Support: AMAZING! 5-STAR service. Althought it's Black Friday and they are super busy they were kind enough to help me on the fly. Very smart staff and they even recommended a few tips that is going to make my customers experience better. Do not hesitate. Install the app and enjoy its features!
