Great App customer service is amazing, they understood our needs right away. we needed something very specific and they had the solution.

We use this app to show the specifications of our jewellery. The support team is extremely helpful and are very quick when replying and solving any queries.

Great APP with amazing support. Very well thought our APP with lots of useful features. Being able to configure standard Metafields across all of my products and customer info was a great help when migrating data from a previous platform. Bulk Import and Export features also saved me a lot of time. Super quick and helpful support all through the development process. Best tech support I have had for any piece of software I have ever bought. Thoroughly Recommended.

Great app but recently stopped supporting Safari, not sure why. Now I'm forced to use another browser just to use this app. Very frustrating.

I used this app to help me pull variants by themselves into different collections and it worked like a charm. I did lean on the support team here a bit but they were great and were able to help me get everything set up and were super helpful and patient with me when my brain misfired on sorting a page. 10 out of 10 , would reccomend.

Could not imagine a better app for adding descriptive fields to a store. Used it without any issues for a couple of months - then when I ran into a couple of minor problems I could not figure out myself..discovered the fantastic customer support (Jason) which was prompt, detailed and dealt clearly and concisely with my issue in simple language I could easily take on board. Works okay, but clunky! I went to add a metafield and it gave me a dropdown list to select the type, but when I selected 'product', it gave me a list of every item in my store alphabetically. Given there are almost thousand different products in our store, this was a little difficult to navigate! Ended up uninstalling it because I'm not going to click through page after page trying to find the product I needed to edit.

I was looking to add the estimated back in stock date to items on my store that were currently out of stock. I wasn't sure where to start and reached out to support. They quickly helped me come up with a solution and helped me install the correct code to my theme. The support didn't end there as Jason made sure that everything was working properly, sending me guidance and screenshots the whole way. I was so relieved and greatly appreciated the incredible help. We have been searching for months on end to find an application to support the organizational needs of our website. Then we came across Metafields Manager, all we can say is this app will be the best choice in the Shopify App Store if you are looking to take your e-commerce site to the next level. Blown away is an understatement, it was able to provide us with exactly what we needed and then some. If your like us, we have tried other apps for different needs and the support was below subpar. The developer, Jason, has to be one of the best in both app development and customer support. We had a few questions about code placement and design, and literally we received a response within hours. He was able to address and fix all of our concerns within no time. If you want a great app with great service, this one is a GAME CHANGER!

The app had a problem and he was able to fix it really quickly, so now it works pretty quickly and its actually a great app

We use this app for approximately 80% of our sites content. It rocks. But what is even better is the support. The support we have received is timely, competent and professional. My team has had several issues that were quickly diagnosed (usually not this apps problems but the support nailed the issues). If other companies we deal with had this level of support we would be on cloud 9. Great App, and great to deal with them. (user for about a year now). As a side note they ARE responsive to feature requests unlike many other apps we have dealt with.
