I WAS FRUSTRATED FROM THE COMPANY I TRUSTED. At the very beginning the staff communication is excellent, absolutely outstanding. They are replying with all the inquiries, very quick, as in really quick, then theyve suggested me to subscribe in their PLAN in which theyve got not only my trust but my company trust even i was in trial period they sugested to subscribe in their PLAN. And i trusted, then they ask for a POSIIVE REVIEW in which theyve let me to experience the best service, then after i send the POSITIVE REVIEW, they are ignoring all our request and modification, I ASK them, CAN you make my App work fast or NO, because my app is LIVE in IOS & ANDROID STORE for a bout a month the it reflect my company impression. It was so slow in takes 4-7 sec till it ends up not working at all. And they want us to work with them and pay for a CRAP mob app. they doesnt have one word and they are wasting all the companies REPUTATION. WE LOSE THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS with a TRASH APP. THEY CARE ONLY FOR THIS COMMENT THAT THEY MANDATE THE PEOPLE...THEN AFTER THE SUBSCRIPTION, YOU WILL RECIEVE THE WORST SERVICE EVER... WE'VE WASTED TIME FOR AND MONEY, they will ignore you and will not reply in all inquiries ...once they got the positive review theyve want.

There is a little bit of a learning curve but the support is incredible! If I have a questions at all I can message the developers on WhatsApp and they message me back really quick. They are polite and very helpful. The app looks great and isn’t hard to edit. We are very pleased.

Very helpful with setup and when I couldn’t get a block to go where I wanted it to, they took care of moving it for me. I highly suggest talking to them through WhatsApp, it made it very easy to get support and updates on the development of the app. Excited to use this!

App builder is garbage. They charged me instead of giving me the free trial and the cannot help me set it up. They are nearly impossible to get support or cancel. Email and ticket links open a blank window with nothing there. Id give them negative stars if i could.

My android app hasn’t launched yet . Took a lil longer than the android but I love my app and this company. They handled all the parts I didn’t know how to complete . Very helpful and responded immediately to all my concerns . I was skeptical that the article is wouldnt be as good as most apps but my students are happy. This app has organized my online school business and lifted a burden of how do I get all this info out in a way that the student can understand!! I am super please. Will leave another update as my android app is released .

YES YES YES don't second guess MageNative! They just helped me to release apps for both of my stores! They also updated app changes that I did not specify initially. Their technical and customer services are both above my expectation!

Creating my app was very simple and straightforward, but I ran into snags when it was time to publish it to Apple and Google. When I say the cavalry came in and took care of everything!! Support is INCREDIBLE!!! Due to my schedule, I was unable to respond to them as quickly as they responded to me. They stayed on top of my needs and desires constantly staying in touch with me and letting me know they were there for me. I could not have asked or received better support. Thank you for bringing my app to life

The Dev team did a great job getting the store on both Apple and Google play. I really like how the app functions and it syncs well with the shopify store. However, a few errors have been identified regarding the name of the app( URL etc), but the dev team have fixed these issues for us in the next update.
