Review collection is working very well, around 25% response rate which seems to be higher than with our previous app. Supportive staff in case of any questions although there is no realtime chat unfortunately

Best Review app I have used. I have tried several before and this is the one perfect for my store. Very flexible and easy to use and the reviews can be set in shop sales channels, also social medias. Very useful.

Set-up is easy, the widgets look great, but most of all I received excellent customer support in setting up my account - particular praise should go to Tal, who replied promptly to each query and was highly knowledgeable and extremely helpful - he deserves recognition for going above and beyond to help me.
