Love it :) a fantastic solution to much needed social proof :)

I really do love it! Its a little on the pricey side when you start getting a decent amount of orders but the fact that it works seamlessly with all my stores is awesome. Love it.

Very simple yet useful and practical. If you are looking for the review app, this is the only app increases your sales. Looking forward the new updates!

Love Loox! It really adds much better social proof than you get with regular old text reviews and the customers love showing off their new stuff! The only thing I'd like to see added is the ability to offer a gift card or $$ off instead of just percentage discounts. Maybe we'll see that added soon! :) The support team is very helpful and friendly and I haven't had any problems whatsoever with the app. Great work Loox! EDIT: Just want to stress how freaking awesome the support team is at Loox. Best customer service ever, they helped me migrate an entire store's worth of reviews to a new store. This is my favorite Shopify app! 2ND EDIT: They have now added the $ discount feature I asked for in my first review! Implementing it now!

Product looks and works great. And the customer service is excellent. They will help you get this running in less than a day. A far cry above the free customer reviews systems out there, this one really makes your site stand above the rest.

The best! It is a simple program that increase to install. The reviews look nice and clean. Also the biggest plus about loox is that any time I can reached out to them with questions, the just fixed the problem. Imagine that!! Even when it meant updating my code a little to make the product work better for my site. Love it!!!

I chose Loox because of the visual reviews and although I haven't had anyone post pictures yet, I know that a certain percentage will do so. The interface is excellent and easy to use. I especially love being able to post the reviews to both my Facebook Biz page and my Pinterest boards where I created one for just "Customer Review". The tech support at Loox is speedy, professional and extremely helpful. I am very pleased that I switched to Loox.

Shopify should include this app to all subscribers. The layout is clean and the photo uploads to the review is a genius idea. The same concept is adopted with Amazon and if it works with Amazon than it is a must with all websites. Installation was easy. We had over 2,000 reviews on Amazon and wanted to transfer them to our website and Loox was more than accommodating in helping us out. We have been looking for a review app for our website that fit our theme and this is it. Since our install we are getting 5-8 reviews daily from our customers. We offer 25% off for photo reviews. I am sure we will get more reviews in the coming weeks. Great App! Great Customer Service. Looking for a lot relationship with Loox.

Great app & great customer service.

We absolutely love this app! It automatically sends a message to customers, and they also get an incentive to add a photo to the review. It works like a charm, we even made a dedicated Reviews page in our shop. Highly, highly recommended!

Loox is amazing, There were few features we have been interested in such as aggregating reviews by pages, or letting clients post pictures in reviews. For the volume we have one competitors pricing is 50 times more. At less than $5 a month, this is amazing value. Great support too.
