So far so good. Loox is a newer review apps, so some features are still missing. The rep was very helpful in helping me customize some of the coding so it fits my theme perfectly.

This app is simple to use and reasonably priced as well. The only catch is that it uses an IFrame, meaning there's no way to include your user reviews as a part of your own domain. Overall, our team at ANB Mart (www.anbmart.com.au) is pleased with the app. Additional option to serve the functionalities via API will be very helpful, instead of injecting custom JS & Scripts which are outside our control. - ANB Mart Online Shopping Australia

Im still on trial version but damn this review app is amazing. Im trying it now and update this comment if i got good convertion out of this. One thing i wish they could implement is importing of csv file.

Great App! Easy to use and looks good. The only feature you need to add is the ability to reply to reviews publicly. I would also use an integration with the major loyalty rewards platforms to reward reviewers with points instead of coupons.

Love the app and it has definitely increased the conversion of customers from window shopper to actual sales since we started using it. I spent some time trying to find the best app with the most bang for your buck and finally settled on Loox for the low cost of entry. We've made the money back that we've invested in Loox many fold over. If you don't have the ability for customers to leave reviews on your site you're just throwing away valuable sales channels. Every time we get a review it's incredibly easy to repost on our main FB page. There's nothing easier than allowing your happy customers to do your selling for you. I wish I would have done this sooooo long ago...Worth every penny!

Wonderfull app, definitely recommend it.

App is easy to use and my customers love the interface of the program

I researched much more expensive competitors but when it came down to it, Loox does everything I need! Big bonus -- you can email customers up to 3 months backward to populate your site with reviews right away! The only thing missing is the ability to respond to reviews. I'd love to share public comments to reviews where something may have been less than perfect.
