the app is terrible it says 9.99$ a month but when you install it they ask you to upgrade to 45$ a month had to delete it don't worth the money and Very bad customer service. Never replied email,

I was hesitant to add the app to my shop. It took awhile for me to learn how to use the app to my advantage. But, I must write that throughout my frustration the staff at Loox was exceptional, courteous, and informative. I was going to give up, but they continuously reached out to correct my mistakes. Words cannot describe the pleasure and ease to work with the customer service. I love looking through my review page. Thank you, Osnat

Loox helps me get reviews with pictures from my customers that I never received before after countless emails. What unfortunately happens is my customers continue to get spammed after they leave a review. I can't set the application to stop emailing them after a certain number of emails or once they leave a review without turning all the emails off. Therefore, I pay to have my reviews on my site, but I can't get anymore without spamming my customers after every. single. purchase. :(
