I'm always weary about switching review apps. We tried to go to Shopify Reviews, but the import process was way too complex and would of taken forever, plus they didn't offer pictures. Loox was more than helpful. Their support walked me through any issues, helped me with the import, setup and were very responsive to any request. This is a great app and a very useful tool. Thanks Loox! Update 12/2018 - Loox support and tech team has gone way above and beyond. They continue to make changes and upgrade the features of the reviews. Whenever we have issues with upgrades to our site or performance optimization projects and we reach out to them for help regarding their app - they do a great job and make it very easy for us. Literally the best app experience we have ever had and we have been through quite a number over the years.

Just start using it looks great and easy to use, can't wait to see some results. Specially the email automation part

I've been using it a few weeks now, and so far it's been: 1. easy to install and get fully functioning pretty much right from the start 2. easy to implement the emails and receiving my first reviews from past orders. I like that when we're ready we can then scale up to a higher plan that'll include the Google feed to increase our google shopping ads visibility. I'd checked with other review sites, and they range from $100s to $1000s per month. There's no need to pay the price of a small car for your reviews, don't believe that junk in the least! This will get you there just as well, and not cost you an arm or leg to have it.

Very good app to provide social proof. Easy Aliexpress review import, and shows the reviews in a good layout for each product.
