The loading time to write a review pulls very slow. hope they could fix it. I just recently install the app as it was recommended by other peers. Update: fixed.

very happy that I choose for Loox for a review app! Great customer service aswel! They helped quickly with my questions. The functionality is great and the reviews show nicely on the product pages. I like the pop up function aswel as it creates more trust for the generated traffic to my webshop.

Its nice but would be nicer if it didnt have minimum characters........that was only 71 and ive got to put 100 not fun.

This app works amazing and the support is even better. I recently upgraded to a custom theme and could not implement loox reviews my self. I tried for hours. I said you know what i'm going to reach out to them and see if they can assist. Went to bed and woke up this morning with a response. They asked for me to setup a staff account on shopify for them to look at it. A short time later everything was working great. Very happy with my experience. Thank You Yishai (my support specialist)

Hot Fire. We suspected that our customers liked us, but Loox let them yell it from the rooftops. Love all the settings. We had the app up and running within 1 hour. There was one tricky linking issue, and the support team swooped in to save the day.
