I am excited to use this app in my Shopify store. I am hoping it will automate my store seamlessly.

I can’t recommend the Loox app enough! The onboarding process was incredibly easy, and I was able to get everything set up without any hassle. The interface is user-friendly, and the features are exactly what I needed to showcase reviews on my store. What really stood out to me, though, was the amazing customer service. A huge shoutout to Jemuel, who went above and beyond to assist me with a few customizations I needed. His responsiveness, patience, and attention to detail were truly exceptional. It’s rare to find support this good!

Bin bisher sehr zufrieden und habe kaum was auszusetzen. Hätte mir die APP Einstellungen nur nochmal auf Deutsch gewünscht. Ansonsten alles super!

Loox is excellent in every way. So happy we made the switch. Customers engage really well with the automated email. Currently about 25% of customers are leaving reviews. The ability to add video is also so good. A very happy customer here. It's also really useful to help mitigate any issues with unhappy customers by highlighting issues that you can act on to help the customer further.
