We have been using Loop for the past couple years. The usability of Loop is one of the best things about it. Their interface makes sense and they have improved upon their options even more over the years. When issues do arise, our representative, Remi, and the support staff are quick to look into it and provide guidance or resolution. Loop helped us simplify our entire return workflow and work load. The Shopify Integration is super helpful and makes for less manual work on our end! The analytics are insightful, easy to use, and help drive to make changes in products/systems. The Support team is always responsive and helpful as well! Loop is a fantastic solution for easy returns. The onboarding was clearly laid out and easy to implement. Automations are easy to set up and streamline a lot of processes. Some additional reading I'd recommend when defining your policies in the app is their page on return fraud: https://www.loopreturns.com/blog/the-easy-way-to-handle-return-fraud/ We got targeted by a few fraudulent orders and the fraudsters were able to game the USPS tracking to show up as delivered without anything actually getting delivered to our store. Their integrations with Shopify are really great, and it's nice to be able to see updates on the order status page directly in Shopify.

Arguably the best returns solution available on Shopify today. We've been working with Loop for the last 3 years and the platform just keeps getting better and better, to the point where it feels like it's a native addition to Shopify (whom actually invested in a seed round with Loop 2 years ago). The amount of flexibility you have with regards to return outcomes, automations, rules, etc is unmatched and the customer success team (hey Laura!) is beyond insightful. Don't look further.

We installed Loop in Summer, 2022 and within a few months we were able to realize the full benefit of the platform. In particular, Loop unlocked us to offer more flexible exchange options to our customers, which has helped us nearly double the amount of revenue we retained from customers that would have normally been given back in refunds. To add, their analytics page is wonderful and allows us to track our results each month and/or dive into specific areas of interest. We've appreciated the visibility Loop has provided, and have been able to make meaningful changes to how we position our products, conduct fit education, or update our portfolio as a result.

We have just started on the system and love the user friendly interface, its a lot easier than manually processing our exchanges and is now all stored in the one place for me to follow up on. Very easy for customers to use too. Jess was super helpful and very good at follow up! Only downfall is it doesn't integrate with MYPOST business for Auspost only eparcel which didn't work for us so we have lost some features but it is still a great product.

Nevertheless, I must commend our onboarding specialist, Jess, for displaying exceptional responsiveness and attentiveness in addressing the numerous enquiries I raised throughout the onboarding phase. Notably, Jess readily accommodated my requests for assistance, going so far as to extend her availability by staying beyond regular working hours to conduct a video call, considering the geographical distance between our respective locations (Australia and the USA). While our launch of LOOP is still pending, initial assessments indicate that it holds the potential to enhance our customers' user experience and presents a straightforward interface for their utilisation.

Application is great so far! While I did think the self-guided onboarding was neat I think they could have been more high-touch at first with some check-ins. I was able to figure it out but could have been supported more. Onboarding manager was great, I just think the company needs to take a look at the onboarding process and maybe give the customer an option if they want self guided, self-guided low touch, or need more support high touch.

I am super impressed with Loop. It functions and looks better than anything I could have DIY'ed. Loop is user-friendly, with a clear interface, excellent tutorials, and an approachable team. I was not anticipating the amount of "homework" I had to do but it wasn't so bad because there was a handy to-do list. Loop is a great system and our account manager is always quick to answer and give us the reporting we need! The Loop analytics are super extensive, however, are a bit more manual than we would like, but you most definitely can pull all the return information you need. The Loop team is always quick to accommodate and respond to us though, which is super appreciated whenever there is an error. We have had a couple of issues in the past with slow load time at the POS level in-store and some errors on exchanges. However, we worked with the Loop team to resolve the exchange errors and are excited for Loop to keep evolving and getting better and better!
