This app allows my customers to schedule when they would like their delivery of baked goods. Customers often order for special occasions and this allows for planned deliveries. It also has allowed us to create time slots for collection. My only request would be to have the option to have multiple locations for collection with different time slots for each. All in all it's a great app and any time I've had an issue or question the support team have been fast to respond and extremely helpful!

I used this app to give customers choice / control over when they could collect their orders. I have since added shopfiy's local delivery and local store pick up features and they kinda work against each other causing customer confusion. Unfortunately it's time to uninstall.

For customers using the "buy now" or Paypal Express options, the delivery date & message were lost and the order not shown in the delivery app orders list( still in the shopify list). Mageworx customer service response to this concern was; " Unfortunately, our app is not compatible with dynamic checkout solutions ("Buy It Now") and express checkout options on the cart page " This is not good - I had to ring customers to ask this information. For all other payment methods, i.e. credit card, it seems to work.

This app is amazing, I was actually able to easily change some of the text and have been using it for 2 years now to schedule curb side pick-ups and it's prefect! This year I had a moment of panic when I realized that the app no longer worked with my paid theme (on the day before I was launching for the season). The developer was amazing and able to change some lines of code to make it work for me within a couple hours and save my launch for the season!

So far so easy! I tried a similar app but it wasn't very user friendly, so thumbs up for achieving a user friendly set up. Design is good. Only tweak I'd really like is the make the date selector match the rest of my website. My buttons for Checkout have square corners, but the date selector has round corners... Also be good to apply dates by product... for instance I have some products from Spocket which will just be delivered in due course. I also may have seasonal products which could come on split deliveries.

They are super responsive and helps you to get the plugin working well and fix anything required immediately. Top customer services.

This app is exactly what I needed to set cut off times for daily delivery and blackout holiday dates in my store. I had a teensy problem with the dates showing wrong and the support team went back and forth with me until it was fixed. Definitely recommend. :)

The app was having problems on mobile experience. I wrote to them and fix it before I get up in the morning. Awesome Customer support. Moreover, they asked access to perform the app info into another one. Highly recommended!

I think this is a very easy to use application! First time user of Shopify, and everything is pretty clear to me.

For the most part this app worked well for our needs - my biggest issue with it was that once all the pick-up windows for the day were full, instead of turning off the day and not allowing pick-up to be selected for that day, it allowed people to select that day without a time - we ended up with about 12 people who did this before it was noticed. We also had people somehow able to order without choosing a pick-up window despite the fact that the required field was enabled (not sure how they even did it). But other than that - we would use the app again.

Good APP. Support team are FIVE STARS. Would really appreciate a Mon to Sun date format, yet the navigation and ease of the app are great.

The app is really good. It works without any issue and has many features including the delivery limiting functionality. The app support team is very helpful and they are extremely thorough. They helped us identify lots of issues we had with the theme.

I tried this app but couldn’t continue, as I was looking for additional charge option based on time slots. I am wondering if you could have it in future versions. It will be really helpful for bakeries or florists who offer delivery in a specific time window, such as 12 am.
