Greatest option app in all shopify store, The ux maybe a little difficult on the first steps but everything is possible once you get used to it and the support is AMAZING!!!!! i have used this plugin in many stores and more that will come in the future without hesitation! Great work!!!!

If you run custom code on your product variants etc. this app is for you. Doesn't mess up your code, but builds on top, so you can add fields below your custom-coded variants/fields/elements which is a huge plus for me. Only suggestion is to bundle the validation error message for multiple fields instead of showing errors for each field. Still 5/5

Live Product Options is the best. The app is incredible for a huge variety of simple and complex personalisation options and is packed with useful features. Their support is amazing, they are so fast to respond and have helped me with different challenges on several occasions.

Great, easy to use app if you have variations of a product. I'm a photographer and needed a visualizer for how my photos would look framed, mounted or as canvases, or even as mugs and chopping boards. This did it all and was a breeze to set up. Had a little issue with the cart which Michael sorted out in minutes. Highly recommended!

I am super pleased from the app. It has many complex options that were able to cover 90% of my needs, and I easily added the rest 10% in my theme code. But the best thing about this app was the support - They answered all of my questions during the integration in no time, and didn't quit until I was 100% happy. Thanks.

This app is a life saver! If you sell customized products that have a lot of options or each product has a special set of options, this app is for you. It is easy to set up and customize your forms not to mention the preview of what is selected helps customer get a visual of what they're selecting. I have been using it for a year and it has made detailed customized orders a breeze.

I was looking for a way to personalize cat collars on my store. I only needed an option for a name and a charm. I tried another app, and it was way too complicated, especial for this simple task. After days of frustration with the other app, I contacted Live Product Options and they told their app could do what I wanted. They were right. It was so simple! Excellent application with prompt reply. We have a sophisticated design page operating in other platform and wanna to migrate to shopify. And we found this app can perfectly fit our requirements! These guys have been super helpful in getting a pretty complex solution in place for us. I must have asked a 100 questions and each time I get a great response. They have made adjustments to my theme and the flexibility of the app is fantastic, allowing me to build the application I need within Shopify. I've used other "options" based apps but this is the only one that worked and combined with their discount app it works even better. Can't rate them highly enough.

This App is probably the most versatile I have tried , and i have tried quite a few. It has got a bit of a learning curve , but is well worth the effort , so far it has been stable and the customer / technical assistance has been top notch. I have no hesitation to recommend this App .

I recently migrated my online store from another platform to shopify. One of the main reasons for doing that was to get access to developer apps like this one. My primary product type is customized, handmade gifts. I needed a robust app that allowed customers to personalize their items and be able to get a live preview of how it will look. After reviewing demos on a few different apps and looking over the feedback, I decided on this app and I have not regretted my decision. My shop is viewable at store.sportsroses.com for anyone looking to see the Live Product Options features in action. For the most part the actual app functionality is very intuitive. You can set up product options quickly and easily but it's also packed with lots of advanced programmable functionality if you need it. The most difficult parts for me were some display issues with my theme and I reached out to support and Michael was quick to respond. Most issues were handled with a few hours after providing access to my admin so he could make the necessary changes in my theme. But there is also plenty of help documentation for advanced users to do those items on their own. I'm very happy with how everything turned out and I would highly recommend this app to shop owners that sell custom products.

Great app with a bit of a learning curve, especially if you're not really computer literate like myself, but it's absolutely worth it. It's the only app I found that gives you so many options so that your customers can build anything or at least up to what you set their limitations. The shear amount of options for you to fiddle with is crazy compared to other apps without that lag on the customer's side. Definitely recommend this app, especially for start-ups.

I have been using Live Product Options for almost a year now, and I even have the app on both of my stores. I have messed around with almost every custom product option app in the Shopify app store, and can confidently say Live Product Options is the best one amongst them for my very specific needs. While there is a learning curve and some features I wish they did offer, their customer service goes ABOVE AND BEYOND to help you set up your products and troubleshoot problems. Since I am still creating one of my sites, my listings are very complicated and I ask them a million questions weekly. Michael is SO patient, helpful, and knowledgable. The customer service is quick to solve issues, which is critical when your store is live. I am also a big fan of their pricing. It allows the store owner to pick and choose what features we want and need, and starts at a lower charge for stores starting out without a lot of orders. Definitely give this app this a try if you need live preview for your products. Highly highly recommend it!
