The reviews for this app are grossly inaccurate. This is a 5-star app with stellar customer service and support. ThisLFS Instant Brand Page is hands down the best Shop by Brands app in the Shopify App Store as of this review. Thank you very much for the app and customizations.

The app is good and it is quite straightforward to set it up.

Incredible response from the app makers and the set up was super fast. When help is needed, they respond to emails immediately, even when we live in different time zones.

Doesn't do or look like the video presentation, when you uninstall and check the code it doesn't delete properly and leaves loads of code on the website snippets etc. Enquired why the brand logo does not appear on the product page even though I had done exactly what the set up says and was told this function will come later this month! Also in the video it clearly shows the ability to select products. This function is not on it either.

Die APP kann nichts, außer eine Seite mit Logos zusammenstellen. Dazu benötigt man keine APP. Das geht besser und schneller mit Bordmitteln. Geldverschwendung!

This app is a real asset to our website. We did not need a specific brand page but liked how the app worked and hoped it could be altered to meet our needs. After a quick message, the developer responded quickly and was happy to help make it work exactly how we needed it to. Russel was extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble for him. He had great ideas and worked wonders and we are delighted with the outcome. I cant speak highly enough of Russel and the app. Thank you :)

This is a great app if you want a very easy to set up and use brand page that automatically stays up to date. It worked great with our shop and was super simple to set up. Great work, thank you :)

Prior to using this app, we were using another one but it become quite buggy and the customer service to fix the issue wasn't there. We moved over to these guys and it was not only easy to install using our theme (we use turbo by out of the sandbox), the follow up service for a few questions I had was second to none. Today I noticed one of our categories wasn't linking properly and they responded straight away with how to fix the issue (it was from my end and an easy fix but its out of hours so I wasn't expecting a reply until at least tomorrow!). We use this app on 2 websites and so far, no issues, easy to use and shows up no worries on the mobile. Highly recommended.

A nice looking brand page in minutes. We needed a little bit of customization to make it work well with the theme. The support team completed that same day. Looks awesome!

I love this app. It is extremely important to my store having a great brands page. And this app gives me all the flexibility I need to create such a page.

May 24 -2021 - Still offline, emails doesn't work too, no way to make any contact with them... :( everyone still waiting for your answer ! May 22-2021 - Same situation! Up until today it was working. Now without warning the page isn't working and the app gives the following message.app.instantbrandpage.lowfruitsolutions.com’s server IP address could not be found. Also we've been trying to reach via email and: This is the mail system at host gateway33.websitewelcome.com. I'm sorry to have to inform you that your message could not be delivered to one or more recipients. It's attached below. For further assistance, please send mail to postmaster. If you do so, please include this problem report. You can delete your own text from the attached returned message. Our Brand Page has been down for approx. 5 days, the developers website is also down and I haven't had a response to several emails. HELP! Update, change to 3 star - this is now resolved - thank-you.

This is one of the best "brand" creating apps out there. We were able to create a killer brand page better than most we have seen. Also, their support is amazing. They were so helpful when we were making some major navigation changes. Would recommend them over any other app.

Hi, can you please allow this function to apply to other menu header as well, not just brands? We really want to create a list of perfume ingredients and want it to present exactly like the "brands" page. It's a shame this app only applies to "brands"! Thank you!

Instant Brand Page app is a great app for me, the brand page was built instantly and support team is really awesome! i asked them to add favorite brands slider to homepage and they did it thank you so much

The app is fantastic, creates an instant brand page which saves a huge amount of time if you have lots of vendors as we do. The support is second to none. Russel has helped very quickly with all of our requests and made some great suggestions and even helped with some css issues that were being caused by the store theme. Highly recommend this app.

The service from Russel was magic, our drop downs were so big it was slowing down our site. The brand page app solved the problem, whats more we needed to replace two drop downs in total, Russel made it possible for having 2 brand pages.
