I initially downloaded the free app so I could add banners to the tops of my pages. As my site is not launch yet, I quickly realized I could make it look so much better if I upgraded to the basic plan so I could make multiple story pages (rather than the one limited to my shopify plan). It has taken a little while to learn how it all works, but the result is great. Customer support were fantastic when I came across a small design issue and sorted it all out really quickly. I am very impressed.

Best app to have beautifull product pages, all blocks are beautifull and makes my site looks really professional. The support team is super reactive and can do whatever we want !

Support is reliable, quick and efficient but the app would benefit from making clearer what is included or not in the free plan (for example you can't save your page as draft)

Really useful app and great customer service. You can edit every single item on any page using the editor or the codebase. I had a problem that I could not figure out and I wrote customer service in chat and they fixed it for me within 10 minutes of my first message.

Customer Service is excellent: they will go the extra miles by sharing screen or offering to go into your theme codes to do things right by you Templates are beautiful: they add new templates on a periodic basis to keep up with new trends. Load time is impressive. Integrations are on point: integrations with popular app such as Judge.Me, mailchimp, etc. make your life much easier.

LayoutHub has a good selection of layouts and templates. Their support is superb. Whenever I need some help(layout, coding, adjustment), they always solve my issues. I wish they can provide more basic building blocks so that I don't need to bug their support at all!.

I used this app to create our landing page. Their app is easy to use. Though I encountered some error, their customer service is exceptional! They helped me with everything.

Customer service excellent response time and did their best to help me with troubleshooting. I love using their block templates and how customizable it can be if you are familiar with code. I wished they'd have better mobile/tablet device optimization though because I spent most of my time optimizing my website to look good for smaller devices. Other than that, this is def one of the better pagebuilders out there.
