The app is easy to use. Even with a free plan the customer service helps you great! I had some trouble with a html embedded video, they put it in the website for me and gave me a future solution too :-) Now I know how to put all kind of video's. Lucy, thanks again for all the help!

The app is okay. However, every color, font, etc isn't being inherited from the theme. A lot of it, especially the fonts, requires you to choose from the ones available within the Builder and not every font supported by Shopify is available within there. Customizations are limited as well within the builder and attempting to modify within the code in the Code Editor within Shopify is next to impossible with the naming schemes. The idea of this app is nice and has a lot of nice things about it but there are far too many limitations. I currently have the Basic Paid plan but likely not for much longer

The support is amazing as always. The template I went with had a few bugs, so we went ahead and reached out to the Customer Service. Received response within a couple of minutes and ALL the problems got solved within the hour. Really recommended if you want to go with easy, simple to use templates.

To start off this application is incredible! It has made building my store so convenient with so much customization. This application really helps to make the store feel accustomed and tailored to your business. The use of templates are very modern and very appealing, which gives your store character. I encountered a slight bump when experiencing LayoutHub, but their customer service was very responsive and more than happy to resolve the problem, and executed it very quickly. I would absolutely recommend this application to anyone who doesn't know how to build a store and to those who want a store that looks amazing, in a very little time. Easy to use for someone who doesn't know to do coding like me! I was able to customize my pages according to what I want. The support is amazing! Shout out to Dilys! She has been really helpful since the very beginning she was treating my work has her own, the reason you should get this app is because of the support and the kind of people working behind it, they are genuine towards there work.

LayoutHub is the best! For someone who has very little coding experience, it is easy to build out pages that are on brand to the rest of our site. The customer service is amazing and they are always there to help you with whatever you need.

Works great! Very easy to use and I received great support when I had a few questions. The layouts are very easy and it integrates directly with Shopify.
