service client inutile, le glossaire ( qui m'est necesseraire) ne fonctionne pas , 2 mois a essayer de trouver une solution avec le service client , pour rien. a chaque fois je dois leur réexpliquer le problème , on me dit que l'on me recontactera sous x jours , on ne me recontacte jamais, et quand je le fais on ne m'apporte aucune solution.. en gros on paie pour un service qui ne fonctionne pas. très mécontente!

This really looks to be the best translation app on the market - especially considering the price. The multi - currency converter is a great touch also, normally you'd have to pay for another multi - currency converter app, but the fact they've included it with the translator makes this so much more convenient. Great customer service that are on hand to help very quickly. They say 12 - 24hr responses but so far they've always responded immediately and resolved the issue quickly and efficiently.

After encountering some issues at the beginning of using the app, I reached out to customer service support for assistance. Mariadel provided excellent service and was able to resolve all my concerns through their expertise and magic. Now, the app is working perfectly well. I rate their effort and time with 5 stars. Best choice for my shop. Even the free option already included the translation into 3 other languages!
