I had an issue and the team was super helpful. I would defiantly recommend!!! The app works and integrates really well in any store!

At first I thought this was great. The look of it was good and easy to use. However, it ran out of words after translating just one language. I've been talking to customer service for over 15 minutes. They told me it was too expensive to give words because Google charges them (really? why is Google Translate FREE then?!). Then the translating stopped and even after they gave me more words "as a courtesy", the app broke and wouldn't let me translate. I believe they are in China so not surprised. Find another app if you're a professional business. Not sure where all of their 5 star reviews came from. ... Fake.

The app is for free, it is a bit confusing that you have to add credits, but customer support was always there and helped me setting up the app and adding more credits. It is easy enough, you can also translate stuff of third party apps with adding extra translation fields. One thing I really miss is, that you can define words like your brandnames, that are save and never get translated. But maybe it will come in the future..? :)

Can't ask for more. The customer service is really fast and nice. The fact that we can change the currencies and the languages in the same app is amazing.

It's useful and easy to use! It would be better if the currency/language can be auto converted according to the user's IP.

Verx good translation app. The only thing is, that you always have to manually write to support to receive new word credits. But the depositing of new credits was done within 2 minutes and it was for free!
