We are having some issues translating some external apps of our website and the customer service team are being really helpful, always willing to help. I am nicely surprise to be honest. Ellyssa has been great.

Currently translating English store assistant is to empower the impaired disabled persons into Ukrainian to support seriously injured veterans from the conflict, as well as Brazilian Portuguese, and Chinese. Auto Translate works well.

This is a very useful plugin, Ruby is a very lovely customer service, hopefully will continue to use

Application bien faite et efficace. Support très réactif (à toute heure). Seul bémol, c'est que l'outil ne détecte pas les changements de texte et ne corrige pas la traduction. Une fonction de traduction "dépassée" ou à modifier serait cool.

ONCE AGAIN, Shermelia IS EXTREMELY HELPFUL!! THOUGH THE APP IS NOT 100% PERFECT, BUT RUBY IS REALLY PATIENT AND HELPFUL! THE CS ARE PROFESSIONAL AND CAN SOLVE MANY PROBELMS MANY TIMES AT LAST... IN ALL, Shermelia IS VERY VERY PATIENT AND SHE HELP ME MANY TIMES.

So far, a great free app! Have just upgraded for free and am looking forward to seeing how it works.

Everything went smooth for 3 days until now. I can't enter this app in my admin panel. After clicking "Language Translate + Currency" in my Installed apps section I see only blank fields and no notifications about what the problem is. My Console throws the folowing: [Error] Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 () (b586642f998bddcd4329cdfe9076ba7e.jpg, line 0) [Error] Unrecognized Content-Security-Policy directive 'worker-src'. [Error] SyntaxError: Unexpected token '<' (anonymous function) (shopify.bec9e5ae.chunk.js:1) [Error] SyntaxError: Unexpected token '<' (anonymous function) (react.e6de7e41.chunk.js:1)

Shermelia is very professional. She always find the best way to solve your problems! Fast & efficient.

I was given free credit and asked to leave a review, so here I am. App seems to work quite well, no complaints just yet. *Update* It's a bait and hook app. They give you "free" words, then make you contact customer service where they give you more "free" words in exchange for a review (although they don't explicitly say that). If you don't leave a favorable review or any review, they freeze your translation until you do. I don't know how the app works once you play their game, pay their fees and translate everything, as I saw their con a mile away. But, I know 99% of these 5 star reviews are fake. *Update2* ,Got an email from them. I'm pretty sure they are trying to cover their butts so they don't get removed from Shopify. I moved to T Lab ‑ AI Language Translate app. No games from them. I suggest it.

So so happy with Shermelia's explanations and advice. And loved the fact she helped out where I got stuck. So many less frustrations because of her. Thank you!
